Vengeance Note: SMTVV nerfed the amount of Magatsuhi gauge you get from sacrificing Demons from 30% to 15%, so this exact strat doesn't work anymore. There are still quick Demi-Fiend kills, they just work differently.

The agency is in the players hands and if they choose to not use cheese then they get to enjoy a challenge. likewise some people enjoy the theorycrafting of the 2 turn cheese kills
You can very easily cheese using the red star strategy like I did in the DDS fight and end it before the second gaea rage. Though you still have to go through the first gaea rage which is just an Rng fest still.
Smt 5 is a joke of a game, you'd think it was a persona game for how easy it is- oh wait atlus is now sellimg their series to persona children, no wonder the new game is a brainless power fantasy even at the hardest difficulty
I don't know if adversity has a cap but if you don't invest in magatsuhi wellspring for the entire game you can avoid healing the percent of hp at start of turn. of course that's only necessary if it would be the difference that pushed a 2tk to a 1tk. or just get more strength balms I guess
Yea, if I could turn off Magatsuhi Wellspring, it’d be more scaling for Adversity. I don’t think it would make the difference, you’d still need Strength Balms/Incenses for the 1-Turn kill, but it’d have an effect
For the real challenge... Magic Nahobino vs Demifiend. Seriously; it seems that it's impossible as there is ZERO videos of a Magical Nahobino fighting against Demifiend. The closest that I saw is of a guy that say that he ALMOST ended the fight

I don't know what to do about magatsuhi gauge because it feels like I'm barely able to get it filled up everytime I summon Loup-Garou for Adversity. I'm playing Vengeance, on my first run so i don't have Nuwa yet so I don't if she's really the major deal breaker in the strategy. But besides not having her i done everything one to one, it feels like they nerf the magatsuhi gauge got nerfed idk anymore.
If doing the fight purely Legit with no Physical repel then it’s arguably debatable that he is on par with his DDS version. SMTV just has more options to utilize and customize your team compared to what DDS does and since DDS only has three party members in a battle
@@Plotpurotto Well if you can cheese a boss battle with the resources the game gives you then the battle is not really that hard unless you impose yourself some rules to give the boss some advantages. I would like to ask, what is the best way to get your health that low for the start of the fight. I'm encountering stupid AI for not recognizing that basic attacks don't work instead of going for pierce or magic that targets weakness?
Fighting the Demi-fiend is a lot easier than in Digital Devil Saga. There is no challenge anymore. Atlus should of just made this fight just like before. Now everyone is gets status ailments on his team and are super weak. Lastly, I don't like the fact that you pretty much always go first in the battles.

how much str needed for Nahobino? im still at 110 and its max level.
This doesn’t work now , it was nerfed
How do you get the strength stat to be so high on the demons?
All extra stats are invested in STR for Mahobino or you have some VIT too?
All invested to Str, with some Vit balms along the way
I'm confused what was the point of Nuwa and Lamu dying and how come it didn't end your turn when you got reflected?
Nuwa and Lahmu dying are what causes the Magatsuhi gauge to refill so quickly. The Safeguard passive skill prevents losing turns from Repel/etc
I don't get it
Now let's see you do this again without dumping everything into one stat
how does he attack where its blocked and doesn't loss any attacks
It's with the passive skill Safeguard
I would like to ask, what is the best way to get your health that low for the start of the fight. I'm encountering stupid AI for not recognizing that basic attacks don't work instead of going for pierce or magic that targets weakness?
This.
Attack an Decrabia that cast Tetrakarn with a powerful Phys attack and you'll get taken to 1 HP (Assuming you have endure)
Wait a second you can stack two magatsuhi skill?
Yes, you can
There is nothing against stacking, the problem is finding a way to fill the meter twice (in this case, abusing repel and safeguard)
What was the suicide attacks for? Does it add to adversity damage if you lose a few units?
You need the Demons to die to refill the Magatsuhi gauge after expending it Turn 1
How'd you get those repel phys on your demons?
You gotta grind out the right essences
Essences + a *lot* of fusions
Can someone please give me a list oh which miracles to learn? I’m going for a strength build btw
