Synopsis: "Nightwing: The Series" follows the story of Batman's former sidekick, Dick Grayson aka Robin. After a falling out with his mentor, Dick abandons Gotham and everyone in it. Emerging in the City of Bludhaven years later, Dick takes on the guise of "Nightwing” easily defeating the petty criminals who infest it. But he soon realizes he may have bitten off more than he can chew when a mysterious and dangerous assassin only known as ‘Deathstroke, begins targeting Bludhaven citizens. Were always hearing about kick starters gone wrong with people running off with the money or the project never getting finished. But this is what happens when the creators and truly passionate and care about making quality content. This looks amazing I hope you guys get you name out in the process cause I wanna see more work from you!
I'm probably a minority here, but I don't want to see Red Hood as a villain. Personally I don't see him as a villain, but as an anti-hero, and that's how I prefer him to be in stories.
That said, this looks badass, and I can't wait to see this :D Still don't want to see a villainous Red Hood though, but that's just me being a Red Hood fan :P
Red Hood initially was a villain, he later mellowed out after he sorted out his issues.
Him attacking a teenage Tim Drake and nearly beating him to death was messed up but at least he mentioned, afterward, that Tim is literally the best Robin with the most potential.
This looks really cool! Especially the shot with Nightwing jumping out of the building and falling. CAN'T WAIT!

literallythelegend Arrow's costume design is good for all the characters except the Green Arrow. Roy's is great, Ravager's and Deathstrokes were both great. A lot of the villains have been good. Helena's was excellent. But Ollie's is really not that good.
it's better now since he wear mask. Make alot more sense. Still. Bland and flat green. Should have something more.also. New bow look 2modern and not fit with him much.
I think Deathstroke would take offense being called a terrorist, he's a mercenary

I love that Deathstroke design! The whole series just looks good at this point.
First off, this is really cool. Nightwing is easily one of my favorite characters in DC (before the New 52, anyway). The costume looks very good, and very detailed for a fan-made one. It also seems to move and work really well in the action sequences. The domino looks really good, and I love that you went for the more blade-like style mask versus just a basic domino.
My biggest gripe would probably be Deathstroke. I don't like the neck-scarf thing. He's not that crappy version of Bane from the third Batman movie, and it just seems distracting and out of place. The mask is also kind of odd. I think I would have preferred to have seen just an actual mask, though I do recognize the challenges there. I think it was more just the shape of it... It seemed weird. Too shiny, as well.
Was nice to see some inclusion of the Red Hood, and Tim Drake's death scene. Curious to see where that leads. Again, the mask was odd. I think dropping the nose and the bored out eye-sockets, and just using a more streamlined motorcycle-helmet style might have looked less odd. And again, it just seemed to shiny... Too metallic.
Other than that... Really nice, especially for a fan-project. I'm looking forward to see where this goes.
EDIT: Just noticed that you have the episodes already posted up. Will be giving them a watch soon.

Well you never know IsmaHawk can take creative freedoms from the comic history, after all none of this HAS to follow the comics since it isn't DC canon

Reasonable concern. Trust me when I say that it has been addressed since the very beginning. And while it may seem like we just shoved every character we could think of into the story, every single one of them is there to serve a purpose on Nightwings journey. It'll make sense I promise!

I have to share my compliments to you guys, I really appreciate for your time and effort to make the series. I am sure this will get into WB and DC radars, they will see how the fans are craving for more comic book adaptation movies. In a way your work will have impacts to the community.

I don't understand why you guys feel the need to re-write the origin of Deathstroke's missing eye. There are too many differing story lines. I understand this is fan made, but for fck's sake, stop rewriting everything! Lose the eye. If he doesn't get shot by his wife and lose the eye, it makes no sense. Hollywood reboots things enough as it is. Most comments here (if not all) are for it, and I hope those fans all like it. But, for me and fans like me, we want to see stories as they were in the comics. We don't even get that from official movies.We understand that you can't just do that without permission, but I think it's time we try to get those kinds of permissions. As fans, that seems more logical than making yet another story line that has nothing to do with the comics except for the places and characters themselves, ie. names/abilities. I would think that would be the first thing fans would try to do. We don't need a universe of reboots/re-tellings. It's getting old. Like I said though, I hope this is very enjoyable to all of you who are looking forward to it. I guess it just isn't made for people like me, or I must fall into some sort of category that I am sure someone on the Internet has made up. Still, I hope you guys do well, though. Really, I do. Maybe, with the success of this, you guys can make something that will appeal more to people that are looking for the same thing or a similar thing for which I am looking.

Been waiting over a year for this to happen and here it comes - can NOT wait for september 29th now. Great work on the trailer, and who cares if it is following the comics perfectly or not? Noone in television or cinema or anything follows the stories exactly, they need some way of showing their creativity and make the story in their own vision.

Wow, just watched the trailer because I read on imdb that Michael Tylo is providing the voice for Deathstroke. It sounds like it has the potential to be iconic, just like Mark Hamill's Joker voice; like in a way I can't imagine anyone but him doing it. I've watched Mr. Tylo on and off for years on Young and the Restless and Guiding light. Also, I must say that the costumes are only second to the dedication you guys have to these great characters and to comics in general. I really like the guerilla hardness in Deathstroke's costume, very up to date, can see terrorists wearing that. Also, the scars Dick has must have a story behind that, happy to see Oracle is involved as well, and Robin's costume is being done more justice than I have ever seen in any live action, ever. DC needs to sign people like you up for their projects, people that actually have read the material and can present to the audience in a way that shows that you have respect for it, and it's not some wink nudge apology to the audience. That's why I hated what Smallville stood for when it was on. I watched many episodes, but I never watched it on a regular basis because of the 'no tights no flights' rule, plus the need to make Superman relatable to the public. 'It's a comic book!' I would scream to the screen as I watched Superman not even fly for 10 years while that show was on. Now with Supergirl on they wouldn't even think of not making her fly or keeping her in civilian clothing to stop crime, they embrace the craziness, and they are stronger for it. That's the potential this show has and I can't wait to watch it, I'm already a year behind, lol.
