Every time I see bad DC show content, I always go back and rewatch all of these. They're so good, and just a reminder of how awesome the just characters could be in the right people's hands. It's even more cathartic than rereading the comics
Theres a series called Red Hood Fan Series in the last episode of season 2 at the end you get to see this nightwing and when season 3 drops he'll be a main characters!
Ok, like 6 years later this is still REALLY good. Deathstrokes voice is perfect and Nightwings sounds almost exactly like nightwing from young justice. This is insanely good and I wish they would make a second season or something.

They feel compelled to proclaim how these poorly choreographed scenes and lack of attention to detail are far better than anything Warner Brothers have to offer. the attention to detail was fun to watch and the showmanship was spot on without overkill. truly enjoyed the deathstroke scene. I could imagine him taking a room like that with force, so please check your subscription; cause it just increased by another.

Nerd in me here... The timeline doesn't make sense since deathstroke lost his right eye while Joseph (his son) was a baby. Joseph grows up, joins the Titans which is lead by... Not a nightwing in a wheel chair. So unless this is some Dallas flashback never existed deal, he should only have one eye. That being said its fan made so they can play with it however they want, but you have to keep in mind that people think of 30 years of one eyed deathstroke. The only beef I have is why is Wintergreen such a bitch. He was SAS, not a common thug... Too much, onto the next episode.

This is actually great for a series opener-started off in a captivating way. Loved how they introduced Deathstroke menacingly and Nightwing attractively, plus that little tease for Oracle. Hats off to the overall production too!
Everything about this was just so perfect. The costumes, musical score, choreography, cinematography, effects, acting and dialogue we're all on such a professional level. I've been following this project since day one, so I was familiar with most of the talent Team Ismahawk put together for this. It wasn't a big surprise for me to see what spectacular things came out from a bunch of talented film makers working together. What really surprised me was how well they did in capturing the essence of the characters and how well they did at immersing me into the world so quickly. Not for a moment did I feel Deathstroke to be some guy in a costume. His presence and gravitas were just what I'd expect from him. As for Nightwing himself, there was a moment where Danny Shepard just nails it as Nightwing. When he interrogates Wintergreen, Danny never fails to express the slight degree of playfulness Nightwing has when he's fighting crime. So many times I see content creators (even the pros at DC and Warner Bros.) fail to capture that essential part of the character. Once Nightwing said, "Stop crying you big baby", I knew that team Ismahawk gets Nightwing. With such a powerful start, I'm eager to see how the series turns out. Nightwing and Deathstroke have both set the bar high with their performances. Hopefully as the rest of the cast gets unveiled, their performances resonate with me just as well. Whatever surprises team Ismahawk has in store for us viewers, I just want to say I couldn't be happier that I've been here since the beginning as Kickstarter backer #6.
I am a huge Batman fan. And thusly, a huge Nightwing fan. I wholeheartedly love you as Nightwing and believe the CW should take you on as part of the CW universe. Keep on keepin on,man!

Guys. The fact that this guy is actually going to play Nightwing in the upcoming Death Battle makes my heart soar. I've never seen a better live-action adaptation of the guy, and he's coming back for what will hopefully be a victory! Or not. Either way, I'm happy this exists.
Your Deathstroke is seriously fantastic, even better than the one in Arrow, no doubt. Your Nightwing suit is badass as well and photography really brings the setting to life. However I will say this, I know you have a limited budget, but I think you needed an action scene to establish Nightwing as a the BAMF that he is. Maybe a scene where he stopped a crime, fighting the bad guys with the grace of an acrobat and the brutality of a ninja, you know using shadows as your ally so to speak and THEN cut to DeathStroke doing his thing. Having said that this is fucking awesome, love your work and as a fan/filmmaker I am blown away by this already! :)
Only about 3 minutes in and the fight choreography is amazing. Deathstroke is like a force of nature in this, with very efficient movements, ruthless attacks, and the sheer lack of reaction when he takes a hit from the bodyguards. This did a great job of establishing him as a credible threat.
Hope someone's still seeing these in 2023. We could all use a ray of sunshine. Not only that, I do hope this gets a season 2. DC and WARNER BROS ALLOW THEM TO COOK. (8 years later)

I think it's pathetic that the CW's Deathstroke mask looks like a hockey mask, but this FAN MADE "episode" did x10 better job. Khudos to these makers, HIRE THEM CW!!!!

I've watched a lot of RUclips fan based stuff - mostly the various Star Trek productions. Some had good enough budgets to afford members of the original network casts. I EVERY case something in the equation fell short. Either the acting was good and the sets were good but the writing sucked or the writing was great, the sets were good and the acting sucked. You get the picture. Something is always missing that makes the production somewhat of a disappointment. But then these Nightwing episodes popped up and I gotta admit - they are good all the way around. Sets are good. The costumes was remarkably well designed. There are a couple of actors that should have stayed home but most of them, especially the kid playing Nightwing are actually really good actors. The writing is great. It makes me wonder what the team could do with a real Network budget. Someone should give them a chance. Or perhaps they should do what the team of Star Trek Renegade did and do a Kickstarter campaign to get some serious funds and produce a 2 hour video that kicks ass and shows Hollywood what people with passion and a love for the work can do with a budget.

I've watched a lot of RUclips fan based stuff - mostly the various Star Trek productions. Some had good enough budgets to afford members of the original network casts. I EVERY case something in the equation fell short. Either the acting was good and the sets were good but the writing sucked or the writing was great, the sets were good and the acting sucked. You get the picture. Something is always missing that makes the production somewhat of a disappointment. But then these Nightwing episodes popped up and I gotta admit - they are good all the way around. Sets are good. The costumes was remarkably well designed. There are a couple of actors that should have stayed home but most of them, especially the kid playing Nightwing are actually really good actors. The writing is great. It makes me wonder what the team could do with a real Network budget. Someone should give them a chance. Or perhaps they should do what the team of Star Trek Renegade did and do a Kickstarter campaign to get some serious funds and produce a 2 hour video that kicks ass and shows Hollywood what people with passion and a love for the work can do with a budget.
