Written by Carole King. They sang it as a tribute to her. Love the photo @5:25. Barry trying not to laugh and Mo grinning at Robin who obviously told one of his off the cuff jokes.
I loved this song when the Shirelles, a girl group, came out with it. But these guys brought it up to a whole new level that only the BeeGees could do. I just fell in love with them again!
Hi Jennifer, will be back on Monday night with the Fam, completed my 3 week Digital Skills course, also completed the full 9 Modules and I'm now the proud owner of a Digital Skills Certificate!! 😀 😀
Hey, Sassy, great reaction. This video was actually from a 1995 tribute album made into a TV special called " Tapestry Revisited" where each and every song from Carole King's wonderful 1971 album "Tapestry" was sung by really great artists including our precious guys who were chosen to sing "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow?" and they hit it out the park as usual! The format for the show was that each artist did a video and this video was their contribution to that show. The song was originally written for the Shirelles in 1960 by Carole and her partner Gerry Goffin and reached number one. Carole recorded it herself in 1971 for "Tapestry" and paid the Bee Gees the ultimate compliment when she said that this was the best version she had ever heard of her song, even better than her own version! If that wasn't the greatest compliment ever! And Robin? What can I say that hasn't been said already? Absolutely nothing! Those ad libs at the end are simply to die for!
Those Bee Gees and their beautiful voice sounds so good. It was written by Carole King and her then husband Gerry Goffin, for The Shirrelles a girl group to sing and they made that song, King and Goffin, first number one song that they wrote. I was a teenager when that song came out. And that was an important question for us girls especially knowing there was no such thing as birth control pills for us girls during that time.
Gerry Goffin wrote the words & music composed by Carole King. It was recorded in 1960 by The Shirelles in New York City. Obviously they were brilliant singers & loved it. I just have to say I was amazed at the way The Bee Gees sang this song, just beautiful. They were sensational!! Wish you'd watched the video better, adore them!!! 💝💝💝

They are performing a Carole King song for Tapestry Revisited. They did it more than justice.

The BeeGees did "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow "as a tribute to the writer the incomparable Carole King.
One of their few covers. They were the best 🥰❤️. Linda might have something to say about that. 😁
I loved this song when the Shirelles, a girl group, came out with it. But these guys brought it up to a whole new level that only the BeeGees could do. I just fell in love with them again!

I'm usually not a fan of covers when the beautiful acoustic original is updated with an electronic drumbeat, but they really make this work.
Glad you like it!
Back with another banger

Agree Laurie. Robin’s voice as always…stellar.

bee gees you stepped into my life
Bee Gees did a great job here. As for the other versions, some say Shirelles, but for me it's Carole King!
It was recorded as a tribute to Carole King who wrote the song, she loved it.

I'm with everyone else. The Shirelles did this first. And it was and still is a good song. The Bee Gee's did a good cover tho'.
The original version of this song came out in 1961 by a girl group called the Shirelles. Its timeless!
