I did exactly this and got ungated in ONLY Burts bees and nothing else in beauty or health, only the brand Burts Bees 🤦🏻♀️
Repeat the process to get the category too
@Flips4Miles when you say repeat the process do you mean use the same invoice and submit again under Burt's Bees but request to be ungated in Beauty?

I did this and got ungated in Burt’s Bee’s only. What do you mean exactly by repeat the process for the entire category? If I’m ungated in Burt’s Bee’s, I don’t see how I submit it “one more time”. The lock is now gone.
