WOW love video i had to subscribe. i live in Austraila and i dont know if harder here than the USA. Well Joe i purchased 50 units of my product and it cost me $900 AUD. I filled out my listing in seller central desriptions headings, bullet poins, shipping etc. Once i finished listing i then clicked to amazon to sell. Next day i got message saying i cannot sell. i had all safety standards testing etc. if you can if have could you do a video on Baby bathtub product.
Amazon is not allowing me to ungate anything. I tried adding the ASIN number with nike, adidas, nintendo but not one of these has the apply to sell button available. What is going on?

I basically made a copy of the spreadsheet and I’m putting a highlight on the ones I got automatically approved for (: definitely gems in the link and in the video. I put a different highlight color on the ones I need a invoice on too . Pretty cool !

Now there is really something that I don't understand. The hardest part of getting ungated for a product or category is NOT being able to get an ACTUAL INVOICE that Amazon requests. YET you show us an example invoice from a company that does not exist anymore and say it is very easy. It is easy if you have an invoice which no retailer is going to give you. Can somebody please explain what I am missing here?

from what i heard. Make sure you change the file name from the first one sent. Ex. invoice.pdf to invoice1.pdf. That way the automated system can distinguish between the two.

So the neat thing is it depends. If a product has overlap to the Brand AND category you need to ungate, you can use it for both! You just use it to apply for both. I'm afraid it doesn't work anymore. Amazon doesn't allow new comers to even get to "send invoice" that step, simply told you the "brands stopped receiving applications" and then gives you "your account do not qualify" note. That's the end of new sellers.
This is 1000% not true I got a message an hour ago from a guy I helped. Go do ColourPop, Bombas, and And1 right now and I promise you theyll approve it.

Like your headband is it once you get ungated for the Brand name then are you can ungated for products in the entire brand? I just use emails receipts bro! And you should too. 2024 its very doable just using email confirmations.

It means the brand was already auto ungate if its not asking you to apply for it!
I don't understand why the big brands are restricted now. There is no way to even turn in stuff if it's restricted.

So when you got undated for Nike headband , are you getting ungated to sell ONLY that headband or Ungated to sell all Nike products

Watch the video, yes. Restricted means gated. Gated means you cant sell until you submit for approval;.

They have to be the exact same asin, so the same size and color (just for ungating)

@@michaelk3464 you probably just aren’t a professional account, ive never seen people get declined for those lol. If you actually weren’t auto ungated it would say you need to apply

I think I might have asked this in one of your other videos but can we get ungated for a brand that we don't have product for yet... Like your headband is it once you get ungated for the Brand name then are you can ungated for products in the entire brand?
And do we have to send in the whatever product we bought or can we return it to the store once we get ungated and purchase another item, same brand, that's more expensive but is profitable?

Nope! Amazon doesn't require an LLC.
You have provided an invoice that has not been fulfilled by the supplier. Work with your supplier to obtain an invoice that has been fulfilled.(this what I got in when I send my invoice
