@@janetdavidson8798 Colossians 2:16 have nothing to do with the seventh day Sabbath of the 10 Commandment’s. You need to learn ancient history. This text is referring to the ceremonial sabbath days, which were yearly on different days of the week, because they were controlled by the New Moon, the feast days, and the Meat and drink offerings connected with the feast days, and animal sacrifices, these were the handwritings and ordinances, which were against us and contrary to us, Nailed to the Cross. These were in the Book of the Law written by Moses. The Sabbath of the Ten Commandment’s were written by the finger of God and are everlasting. The Bible says, God never changes.

These things were a shadow of things to come, the Crucifixion, they were nailed to the cross. Not the Ten Commandment’s, all throughout the New Testament it says to keep the Ten Commandment’s, including the Sabbath Commandment, The Roman Catholic Church Papacy is who attempted to change the Sabbath.
They admit it, I have many quotations from them. People look for excuses to not be faithful, by denying the Sabbath of the Lord thy God.
The Bible says, In Matthew 15:9 and Mark 7:7 Howbeit in vain do they worship Me, teaching for doctrines the Commandments of men.

You might do well to read Isaiah chapter 1 verse 13 and 14 and understand there. and why he said what he said !!! then what happened on the cross. how Jesus become our Sabbath. he writes his laws on our hearts; and we do them out of love.!!!!

In the last day, when Jesus comes there will be only two groups. One on Gods side and another on mens side. There will be a loud cry and Gods people will come out from all the denominations to side with God.
There are other texts about it too, called strange flesh, and other sins of the flesh.
True prophets and spiritual leaders were routinely attacked by the enemies of God. This is nothing new and we also see this regarding Pastor Bohr's ministry. He must really be God inspired because the spurious attacks by people in the comments section against his character over nonesense gets more and more ridiculous over time.

Anything that mankink makes for worship, is idolatry! Jesus answsered devil's request to be adored, sayng, that adoration is only due to God, by seving Him and putting into practice His moral Law.

Because The RCC was the one who changed the true sabbath from Saturday to Sunday. Jesus said If you love me keep my commandments but you listen to Old Satan and keeps his counterfeit sabbath so you are following after the Mark of The Beast. You believed Old Satan more than you do God. Jesus told the Pharisees ruler that the greatest of the commandment was to love the lord your God with all of you mind body and spirit, so don't say that Jesus never mentioned the sabbath, because if we love God we will be keeping the first four commandments and if we love our neighbor we will keep the last six commandments. And you are probable like the rest of the Sunday worshipers that believe that the ten commandments were done away with at the cross, another example that you believe the lies of Old Satan more that you do Jesus, another lie of Old Satan thru the Sunday preachers. So you still don't believe that you are following after the Mark of the Beast?

But since I’m NOT, I couldn’t care less about anything they say or do or “claim.” What they do in their church affects my faith or practice NO MORE than anything you do in yours. Second, I want to see your Biblical exegesis that the “Commandments” Jesus speaks of are the Ten Commandments, and ONLY the Ten Commandments! Jesus gave commandments too, and expected all who heard Him to follow them! And you are right! Jesus DID mention the Sabbath…in John 5:17, He even says he, just like His Father, are both WORKING on it! Notice He even uses the word! (John 5:17). Lastly as far as Love goes, Jesus says, “By this ALL men will know that you are MY disciples if you have LOVE, (not the Sabbath), for one another.” (John 13:35, NASB caps and emphasis mine). Lastly, your claim that I “believed Old Satan more than you do God”…I’ve heard EX-Adventists say the SAME thing about you!

Yes, it’s understood we can pray as we walk down a lane in the woods.. driving in our cars.. or even sitting in school before taking a test. But when we stand as pastors who are called to lead by example, and worse yet when we are delivering a sermon, we MUST be on our knees!

The angels in Heaven fall on their faces before God, yet arrogant humans, all full of themselves, dare to stand while petitioning the King of the universe. This is very disrespectful. No wonder their prayers aren't getting answered.
@@arthurh4484 the way in which one prays may be influenced by cultural differences or simply by the fact that one has bad knees. It is shameful that some will choose to criticize another's spiritual walk by citing the way he or she prays. Thanks be to God that He sets the standard and not man! Christians have historically prayed in a wide-variety of positions. I think that living in a world of sin... one should be glad that others pray period.

Pastor Stephen, It's interesting that you are convinced we are living in the last days. Your great-grandfather probably said the same thing. At what point do you face reality and drop the "end of the world" thing? Wake up!
We are definitely closer to it than your great grandfather and you face the warning and reality that is written in Gods world or you going to be one of the sleeping maidens whose candle burnt out .

Your statement in this post sounds extremely similar in nature to the sentiment expressed by certain scoffers in the end times. "Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation" (2 Peter 3: 3, 4). If its been about 6,000 years of human history since the Garden of Eden... and "a day with the Lord is as a thousand years"... then we may indeed be living in the last day(s) of earth's history. In the grand scheme of things, the totality of human existence pales in comparison to eternity. What we need more than anything is a change of perspective.
I agree, with some minor details: I'm not walking around lusting for anything, Since I don't believe "he" is coming . . the "promise" is irrelevant, and finally to believe that this planet is only 6,000 years old is a negation of some of the most basic and fundamental scientific facts that exist today. Do me a favor, the next time you have access to GOOGLE EARTH, check out the islands of Hawaii, and notice how the islands have dotted the Pacific Ocean in an NW direction, eventually slipping under the North American Tectonic Plate. Since these plates move at the same rate that human fingernails grow, using the distance tool, measure the distance, then do the math. I respect your faith. You are entitled to it. What you're not entitled to is, to ignore science and conveniently use passages from a book whose authors and purpose remain unknown.
