- Can we get this old Model A Ford engine to run? I've had this chassis kicking around for a while. The body was kept by the previous owner for a street rod project. It is now time to tear this thing apart but before we do, let's see if we can get the old girl to fire up. the last inspection sticker on the windshield was from the mid 70's and I am guessing that it hasn't ran since then.

Glad things are working out for you, the pickup is going to be a nice project. And the best thing is you got a good jump on mosquito season--any in the garage are certainly dead! 😎
Haha. Thanks. I think it will be a fun project. I have a feeling the engine that is in the truck now will be quite the smoke machine ad well. 2 stroke Model A.
Excellent!! Glad that engine turned out good for you. Can't wait to see the pickup rolling down the road. Keep the videos coming, fun to watch!!
Thanks for watching. It's nice to have a good spare on hand.
Very nice! Thanks for music that sounds good. 👍👍👍
…..I spoke too soon on the music 😂
Haha. I try to mix up the tunes a little. I prefer the heavier side of rock and sneak one in every now and then.
Nice one mate you’ve done well, with the greatest respect watch those exhaust fumes 😢 Congratulations from Aotearoa New Zealand 👏🇳🇿
Thanks. I don't run it long without some ventilation.
I’m really getting into these model-A videos. Recently came across a barn find of a 1929 Graham-Paige 2dr. Sedan w/a six cyl.. It’s totally disassembled, body off chassis so it’s going to start off as yard art and go from there. No way will it be restored but one hell of a tinkering project! Awesome videos, patiently waiting for more.
We had a neighbor years back that drove his cherry Graham Paige into his garage. He dropped the pan and removed the head, pistons and rods. Thars how it sat for years. It drove fine but he killed it. Another, "I'm, gonna restore it someday, nope didn't happen. It was a mid 30s car. Kinda sad.
That sounds like a neat car. Don't see them very often.
enjoyed watching keep them coming
Thank you. I'm trying to be consistent with the videos but the editing is very time consuming.
Hope you're doing OK, sure miss your vids..
Thanks. A few things have gotten in the way but I'm hoping to be back at it soon.
