Great informative vid bud. Few days back I was trying to use the web flasher but did not press the boot button before inserting the usb so it didn't work. NowI know why it didn't work. Thanks.
That is exactly what i did with my supra 400 i checked the box erase. No matter what i do and try the 401 factory it always gives me a test then says power fail. I have completelt erased the confige file. Wish i knew this before and that this video let us know on the origonal video
@@notpremiumuserino no one can explain if the 400 supra board is the same as the 401 supra board. This will upload the 2.08 when you tick the ALL box but the it gives a black screen on boot. I wish they removed this power fail script so it can upgrade the firmware normally. I now need to somehow replace the configuration file. Wantclue does not really or slowly show step by step comprehensive as there is not really any tech development savvy people making these videos apart from wantclue.
Hi Wantclue, I recently purchased the Bitaxe Supra (401) which came with V2.1.8 installed. I tried updating to V2.1.10 via AxeOS but update seems to have failed and my bitaxe can not longer be connected and the screen has gone blank. I have tried holding the boot button while connecting the power and USB (to connect to the PC) but I keep getting a "Failed to initialize" message when I try to flash using the web flasher. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I feel really stupid... The reason I was unable to connect was due to the cable I was using to connect the bitaxe to the PC. Once I swapped the cable I was able to fully restore using the bitaxe webflasher.

if you get a power fail try to unplug the fan. Some fans pull during the test phase too much power and therefore fail the test
@@WantClue I did all that last time unplugged 1 fan, then tried both and still i get self test and it reads after the test power fail.

@@EliasOda i have 401 and i dont know what to do...Do i have to plug the AC too when i plug the usb+pressing the boot+reset when connect?
