Randy Berton good for you. Best wishes as you continue on your hike. I’m down in Riverside. Currently fighting lung cancer. I was diagnosed after completing 210 miles of PCT last August 2019. I’m hoping to continue my adventure in March 2121. Age 72
Rebo, glad to see you’re keeping it real, no RUclips look at me hike, just doing what you love! What’s that tune at the end, really like it.. keep hiking Senor!
Rebo, just discovered your channel. You are the Real Deal!! What an epic adventure. Now we can binge watch all your other videos. So happy to find you!
Brett ..Thank You Dude... I spoke with Brittany about her interview and front page picture and story of the Condor Trail... California has alot of trails.
Brilliant! Each scene is about showcasing the best the scenery has to offer with Rebo as an adjunct! Love ulitizing the off trail walks to highlight the beauty of the shot!
Hi Randy! Bob here from the backpackers camp in Yosemite Valley. Hey I knew you were the real deal when I saw you in camp! Your good attitude makes me want to do a through hike. Keep up the great filming and stay healthy my friend!
Sorry the restaurant was closed. I forget its name, but I do remember they had a great milkshake. As always you're videos are the best. I'm 57 and there's no way I can still sleep on a closed cell pad. Kudo's to you.
Ha ha ha ha ha ... Using a Bed of nestled pine needles works great with a closed cell pad plus it provides warmth and reduces condensation. Thank you for all of the comments.
Super duper cool. So very appreciative of all your additional work which allows us to enjoy your adventure!! Please share the type of camera you're using.
Rebo, Your filming, editing and graphics skills are among the best I’ve seen this year. You have a unique style that captures both the trail and life around it. Good work.
Mike.... Your name reminded me of Woodstock The Mike Bloomfield Blues Band.. Thank you for leaving a comment We can win the Grizzly Adams Emmy for this year...
Thank you for sharing the sights and sounds of the Sierras. You did a beautiful job with the video. The videos are so much clearer than many on RUclips.
Thank You Ron... Your name reminds me of a song I heard yesterday at Looney Bean Cafe.. Southern Cross...is the lyrics to Southern Cross about a solar system ? Thank you Ron
Yep! There were lots of hikers at 1000 Island and Rae Lakes last year. Seemed like a lot to me anyway. It was my first time hiking that section. Cant imagine what a regular year is like in early to mid July. I never saw the wind you ran into on my hike but I got hailed on a couple of times.
Ha ha ha ha ha ....I was scared before going up Yosemite Falls Trail. There was a video on RUclips I was reviewing to get an idea of what I was facing. After reviewing the Video I did not want to go.
So much I love about this video ....really beautiful and so inspiring to a newbie video maker like me. I plan on hiking the PCT again either next year or 2022 and really looking forward to making some video content but know nothing about what type of camera to use as i just currently use my iphone. I like the idea of something simple like a gopro but i'm wondering what you shot the scene 6.15 - 6.32 on?.... or what you use in general?
I couldn't pass up the YARTS at Toulumne Meadows My plan was to resupply at the Village Store and Come back up to the trail It was when the bus driver pulled over for everyone to see Yosemite Falls is when I decided to do a portion of Yosemite Valley.
The YARTS stops at the Toulumne Meadows General Store at 8:27 AM and 10:27 AM Fare $13.00 One Way. Yes I did go back to Mammoth to edit and down load this video. The Fare from and to Mammoth and Yosemite Valley is $22.00
No Bush Whacking ADL... All Rock....very large rocks....they were like hiking skyscrapers made of Rock..everything was gigantic and huge stone I felt like a very tiny insect creature .. Lol
