  • In this video I document our journey across the country in a small plane. I know thousands of people transit the US each year, but when you don't do it often (It's been 5 years for me) the trip is exacting. Flying planes limited to around 100kts adds to the adventure because it's going to a couple of days to transit. In that time you deal with weather, overnighting, and keeping motivated. In the end we completed the trip.

I'm in Casper but I go through that airport often. I have not tried the payphone yet. There are several in Wyoming, still, only one works.

@@Bearhawk_Life Idaho might be next years trip. I wanted to fly Utah first to get a feel for high density altitude flying and valleys. I didn't get as much experience as I wanted. We lost two days in Utah to weather and I think after those two days I'd have felt a bit more comfortable. We also missed some of the Utah flying I'd have liked to see. Yet, next year Utah might still be on the calendar.
