I just made a card using a large background stamp, when I cut it down to fit my card I had a piece that was about 2 1/2” wide. I was going to put it inside the card like you’ve done but then I decided to just include it with my card as a matching bookmark! So, it’s a card & a gift all in one.
That’s another idea with leftover pieces of pretty paper 😃

Dear Ann…..I enjoyed this video so very much. I have never created any boxes before, but I think this one is a very perfect one for beginners on boxes like myself. I mainly create cards and a few other bits and pieces, but now I just cannot wait to try my hand at making some boxes. Hello Ann..... I know you are great a making the box to hold the cards... But have you thought of just using an empty food or snack box and just covering up the sides of the box with scrapbook paper. Great way to recycle and a way to save more money because there would be less heavy cardstock needed...

You had me in stitches Ann as I'm just as bad at buying things and leaving them aside for a long time before getting to them. LOL
I love this project.. the cards are so beautiful and unique... and the box is just perfect! I love projects using our 6x6 papers as I have so many pads.. I do use them but have too many now. They are so hard to resist when I see them in a store or online, even when I'm not even looking for paper! I love the cards with the triangles, and then a triangle inside too. Love the doodles too! TFS!!!!

I no longer hoard anything craft wise and my husband and I love on the weekends to use our "good" plates, crockery, mugs etc. We've realised life is too short to hoard and not use and enjoy what you have so enjoy it all and have fun x

Great video Ann. Good way to use our swaps. Love the colour combinations you have used. And drawing the black lines on the cards certainly looks effective and adds something. Always handy as well to show how to make the boxes to put them in.Thanks for showing xxx

Hi Ann! I love the container you have the 6x6 pads in. Love all your cards! I bought a stamping platform because I always end up with a halo around what I stamp, and I still get halo’s lol
