The Blizzaks are actually really soft so its a way better tire the PS4 in cold temps. Its a freaking snow tire lol but its much softer so it actually works better in this scenario imo.
Bro those Michelin ain't worth a damn, worse tire Ford could've put on the Mustangs. I have a 2019 procharged 780 horsepower Mustang and I have a set of Mickey Thompson street and strip and I love them. Minimal spin at a roll and dig, bad ass tire. Give Mickey Thompson a try 315/35/20 on the rear

@@MotorTube I’d go Nitto nt555rII or Toyo R888R. That’s the only 2 tires I’d ever run on the car. The other ones truly don’t perform the same.

Ported blower, smaller pulley, and a tune is all you need. That and some tires that will hook.

You have me scratching my head in regards to weight according to tag inside my driver's door and when I looked it up on Edmunds my curb weight it's 4046 pounds so my SRT 300 ways less than a Hellcat and only a couple of pounds more than your Mustang 🤔🤔🤔

I have 4s's on my car, during the summer when it's 100 or higher the tires catch much better than when r Temps r in the 50's .

I have a procharged mustang had 305s on rear and couldn't hook for the life of me . Replaced with Nitto Nto5 315s on rear and what a difference it made.
There is a small panel to access the filter 😂😂. So easy. That and the drain plug bolt. Don’t go back to the first place for anything. Need a set of 888’s at least and it will help
he is running pilot sport cup 2's which are meant for track/circuit racing NOT drag/roll racing. can't blame the tires too much for under performing when thats not their purpose. plus everyone knows you gotta get heat into the sport cup 2's before you get traction out of them

Depending on the percentage of weight from front to back on the hellcat and it being a sedan could be assisting it on the roll cause of the added weight in the rear idk just a thought but tires are needed also still love the Shelby beautiful car

That panel is extremely simple to take off thats why I do my own oil changes you dont have go through all that.
Sounds like most time he’s starting his pulls at 7000rpm 😂 should start lower in rpm in manual, pop it in to auto right after hard on the gas so it actually shifts at 7500 otherwise you’re just short shifting and losing power or banging the limiter on accident and going slower. Or get a tune that raises limiter to 8200-8500 and manual shift it at 8k. Car picks up a lot of power just by moving the limiter up
Had the same problem with my 2014 (traction) try to find a new blacktop to run it seems to help
Also try running nitto nt555r tires on the rear. It’s what I’m running right now at 750hp and when warm they hook amazingly. I also have a 2014

Dodge might be heavy but it’s almost perfect for its horses just because a car is lighter doesn’t necessarily means it’ll always be quicker cause if you can’t put the weight down you’ll always spin regardless of tires and I drive a ss like yea my car is light but I spin n spin and regardless the tires I put on there’s no difference

I'd swap the blower for just a Whipple 3L gen 5 with 132mm TB and only a 3.75 pulley, then headers, cats, full exhaust and tune and you then will demolish that hellcat.

The hellcat is heavier. What you should want to see is how the gt500 performs against a stock hellcat redeye that weighs the same. That would be interesting, even though I think the gt500 has a better tranny. The gt500 is also $90k + its really on a higher tier than a normal hellcat. Its really to perform against a redeye

But all and all you have to know how to drive to beat a gt500. I can pull up videos of redeyes spankin gt500s. Its a debate that will never be settled.
