Except for rare circumstances, if Morph can get all of Hulk's power, he should just always become Hulk. This is a being who singlehandedly beat all the Xmen with ease in the comics. Its crazy op.
The implication seems to be that while Morph can take others' forms, they only have a fraction of their power. Like when they turn into Juggernaut and get flipped by a prime sentinel.
Morph’s powers are nebulous, but it seems like when he adopts a form, he gains only a minuscule amount of their power. When he turns into someone like Hulk or Quicksilver, he can mimic their physical abilities on a much smaller scale than the genuine article. If he turns into Juggernaut, he becomes much stronger than a normal human by increasing his musculature, but he isn’t nearly as strong as the actual Juggernaut.
he isn't as strong as the Hulk and he could never mantain the strain on his muscles because he lacks the regeneration of the Hulk and the natural strength, he's basically tightening his muscles far beyond their natural limit.
Pretty sure he takes out the main boss villain Onslaught in one shot as well
Hulk beat all the X-men but he cannot beat all the mutants. He never got past apocalypse.

She was literally in a close proximity distance to Wild Sentinels during the Genosha massacre. She would have died if she was Mystique since those machines were specifically targeting mutanfs

It seems to me that the reason for that is that Storm is a little too op for the narrative to handle as far as her being in the main cast if heroes goes. She's omega level and could probably body the hell out any of the threats we've seen so far, so you'd essentially have give a reason why she doesn't. In this case, nerfed or taken out of the equation entirely. Its the same way in the movies I believe. It looks like they only gonna let her cook when a threat worthy of it rolls up. I'm not too familiar with the comics but so far only magneto fits the bill as far as we've seen in the show, and honestly that seems to be a bad matchup. Have they ever fought?
Nerfed? Hahahaha. She's not even a true omega. She only officially became one in 2019. She's not invincible and her powers, while good for a light show have liabilities. Those Sentinels are almost endless and she has no means of protecting herself from attacks except maybe a gimmick tornado around herself. You literally only need one hit to clip her and she's out.

he can't, he's aping like 1% of the Hulk, with none of the regeneration or natural physicality, basically straining himself to even attain that amount of copy.
Morph being this back door means of a bunch of cool cameos is fun.
not that really that connected but guys know 90s xmens hares same universe with 90s ironman, fantastic four series and 90s animated spiderman series, the last being 90s hulk though only loosely but i heard its in same universe.

It it was one-to-one power scaling, yes. But it seems like Morph only has a fraction of the power of whoever they are copying.
an alterante version of Morph can copy powers, but not the "616"/animated Morph, so no.
Why didn't he just turn into magneto and wipe out all the sentinels?
Morph can copy physical powers only, so if it's someone strong they'll be strong, if it's someone fast they can be fast, but external
powers like magnetism or telepathy can't be copied
