My tea was lemon and ginger tea with slices of fresh orange and half a teaspoon of honey.
Tubetti e Totani:
4 pax
400g tube pasta like ditali rigati or tubetti, 500 g fresh (pink if poss)squid, a clove of garlic, extra virgin olive oil, 10 ripe tomatoes or a 400g tin, parsley, salt.
Clean the squid and cut them into cubes. In a pan, brown the garlic clove with extra virgin olive oil, then add the squid and cover the pan. After a few minutes, add the tomatoes and crush them. Cook until the squid are tender.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water, drain al dente and add them to the sauce. Complete cooking in the pan. Add a little oil and the chopped parsley.

It seems that Not My Puppy finally has someone his own size to play with in Indie. And I love how nothing goes to waste and neighbors help each other still. And none of us have forgotten that we are curious about what Luca does in his other life. Gardening is good for the soul and body.

If I was walking along some stairs, one chilly morning, and found a beautiful farm girl also walking along carrying a bag of fennel to some sheep, I might think I died and went to heaven. But I saw her in Positano, here, on a video... Awesome. Great show, thanks.
I haven't been well, and have spent the last three days in bed, scared and worried, and in pain....Today I suddenly realised what day it was and as fast as I could clicked on your video. It made me fly to Positano, and walk down the stairs, and smell the bus fumes, and have a taste of that amazing breakfast, and walk through those gardens and the stand on that balcony looking out to sea, and then sit on the sand watching the puppies play while I looked for sea glass on the sand. All in my head of course. But for 20 minutes I was there and not in this bed. I can't thank you enough for making these videos and helping us escape. Thank you!! And just as a side note, I love your hair...I know you said you just cut it through a youtube tutorial but it looks great. You both seem to be getting younger and have a lot stress on your faces compared to the beginning...It's lovely to see! :) Thank you as always Nicki and Carlo and Luca! xxxxx

Simplest way to correct barking:
1) get a water bottle that has the ability to shoot a fine line of spray a good distance.
Fill with only water.
2) keep handy (maybe get 2)
When barking starts~
NO in a firm voice or quiet/shush 🤫 while putting your fingers up like the emoji.
(Whatever the command~ keep it consistent)
They get one warning after they understand.
Here’s the sequence:
Barking. Command quiet
(make bottle visible, SHAKE THE WATER BOTTLE While Saying NO)
If barking doesn’t stop: SQUIRT ~ aim to startle and get full attention
It will give them pause to reset. Repeat as necessary until they quiet.
It may take a time or three….
Eventually~ you’ll just command QUIET and SHAKE the spray bottle.
It obviously important not to over fill water bottle: they need to associate the sound and visual.
Cause and effect.
Like saying treats as an attention word: if you use it; you must give it. Pattern association.
Behave~~Reward

Just a note here for those who want to know what the weather is like; I have an app on my iPhone where I can key in any place around the world and get a pretty good overview of the weather there (for an entire week) including temps, humidity, UV index, sunrise/sunset, etc.
And once again, thank you for sharing yet another 'day in the life' video that made my day! PS...Carlo's hair is beautiful - NO MATTER HOW IT LOOKS - as he is quite fortunate to still HAVE hair lol!!

I've never seen a dog harness that the leash clips underneath rather than on top but Indy is getting so big! I believe by 16 weeks they can start using the steps by themselves. Before my husband and I moved, our house had around 40 steps to get from the house to the road and the vet told us 16 weeks for our puppy 😊

Once I have finished the chaos of a Monday morning school run for 3 children at two schools, I come home and escape to Positano.
I, like many others feel more relaxed but really importantly, I’m reminded to appreciate my own home, my own garden, my own neighbourhood.
I would prefer to go out for breakfast rather than dinner anytime as well. That B&B looks really lovely.
