Red lambskin mini flap bought in Paris in Jan 2013: was about 1550Euros then.
Black lambskin WOC bought in Paris in Jan 2006: was less than 800Euros then!! If my mum sells this bag, I'll be making a 100% profit or more!

I LOVE this review in comparison to the countless Chanel reviews I've watched because it is much more informative for me to see someone who actually USES their bag, lol. I understand it"s a luxury item but I could not picture spending thousands on a bag or anything that is only going to come out of my closet once or twice in a year. I adore your video. I am sure I am old enough to be your mom; she is blessed to have you in her life. I just bought the lambskin Trendy woc in black, now priced at $3100. I am thrilled to have it in my collection, and like you, I believe lambskin is the way to go. The Trendy lambskin is quite durable; I sold a caviar classic bag that I rarely used, because I didn't like the stiffness of it. Thank You for this video and your information. Love and light.

Love your videos :) I have both the 8" mini and WOC too. Got the mini four months ago and the WOC two weeks later. I love them both but to my surprise I find myself using the WOC way more than the mini... I wear it daily EVERYWHERE :) Can't beat the convenience of not having to carry a separate purse and as it is flatter in shape it's more comfy to wear IMO. Now out of pure greed last week I ordered another WOC in a different colour from a reseller; it's due to arrive anytime this week, yay!

The variety of textures in the *yutulux* pack is impressive. From smooth leather to textured suede, there's something for everyone.
Love look of woc but problem is it doesn't fit much . Personally I would refer mini flap because it looks cute too and firs more.dont know when i would buy but saving up slowly for it . Thanks . Your review is helpful to decide

Which is your favorite in terms of versatility? I just bought a WOC and my essentials are pretty much the same as yours but I am confused where to keep it or get a mini flap.

Hi help! I need suggestions on how to clean up my mini flap. My dark pink mini flap got color transfer in it. I called the boutique and they suggest to use a good leather conditioner, but I'm afraid to do so. Any suggestion?

What do you think of the reissue? I dont own any Chanel..yet! But I do have the following on my wishlist - the WOC, classic m/l and reissue 226. But now i feel the classic and reissue are too similar, that i'm thinking of only getting one or the other and get a le boy for the other one instead. Decisions decisions!

I just bought my first channel and I was wondering which one to buy ,, but then I went to the WOC but it was a 2016 design ... which I love since the gold hard wear is bigger and the chain is removable which is nice if I wanna carry it to a wedding event as a cluch

hello Lana Del Nugget, I don't know why YT doesn't display your comment! But anyway, to answer your question, there is no major scratch/damage to the leather at all! Small scratches can be rubbed away (gently!) by your fingers and the worse of it is the area where the zipper presses down on the lambskin (causing a dent) and over time the puffiness of the quilts also go down.

Hi! I just have owned my first Chanel bag. It was an amazing feeling to finally get something that I was looking for very long time. I actually preferred caviar leather because of its durability, but it was very rare. So, I got the lamb skin instead. It was so beautiful and smooth. But I have some concerns about how to look after it. Could you please give me some advices about this? Thank you.
Congrats on your first Chanel! I don't do anything special to my lambskin bags, but I am careful not to wear them with jeans/ let it rub against anything rough or textured!

Adedoyin Olowolagba So sorry i missed out your comment! 4 months late!!! I will always stick to the classic red, black and beige before trying other colors. but you know, for the WOC since it's small, you can go wild, go with the color you love!

that's really nice of you to say! I believe the mini flap is at US$2900 and the WOC in Sg is about $3000 so the mini is a little more expensive. Right now, I prefer the mini as I can just throw in my all my essentials (therefore more practical). But for a wedding dinner, I would change it for the WOC!

Hello Alicia! Thanks for watching! I love lambskin, esp for smaller bags as I feel that i can 'protect' them better. for my first ever Chanel, i bought caviar as i wanted the bag to last forever. But for my second bag onwards, i went ahead to buy lambskin and to love it as the leather ages. hope this helps!

do you find the side of the flap pulls up into a slight U shape after a while? i saw alot of preloved woc on fashionphile and it all had the slight U shape.... love this comparsion video btw. ive watched it like 10 times hahaha and shower it to my friends!

Can the iphone 6 plus (with an otterbox case) fit in each?
ohwowwoohoo yes it can! but for the WOC, i think if the case is thick, it may be tough to fit the other items. I usually slot the phone (in a thin case) in the first slot pocket by itself.

I am thinking of getting my first chanel bag, would you recommend the WOC or the mini flap I think they are about the same size, and would you recommend a black one just to be more classic looking ? Hello Feiyi! Thanks for your comment :) Do you love black? if yes then go for it! I think for the first bag, I would not get the light colors (light pink/beige). So black, navy, red are all ok! Just go for a darker color that you love please!

***** Hello Laura! Many people regard the WOC as a great first Chanel piece due to its price point. The mini flap costs quite a bit more than the WOC. If budget is not a constrain, I would take the mini flap over the WOC! both are beautiful and practical bags though... let me know what you think?

Before I became a mum, I used the woc a lot! but now, I think i prefer the mini as it's easier to get in and out of the bag. the woc's button closure needs a few more seconds. let me know what you buy in the end! :)

hahaa! Yes, i used to get super sad when a bag i really like breaks apart. Chloe/Mulberry does very good quality bags too and are a little easier on the wallet!
Sherin Ng do you happen to know any reliable online links which i can purchase designer bags? i get very anxious in the stores....(is it just me? or it can get quite intimidating to purchase something from designer boutiques?or maybe im totally new to the feeling)
I only ever bought a Tods D bag from Reebonz before an it was authentic. You could check there! For the stores itself, Ive always loved the experience, being able to choose the bag and all, just be nice to the SAs and they'll be nice too!
The lamb skin looks horrible with those scratches. Even with LV bags as when the patina gets so so dark, ...it’s not vintage looking...it’s time for a new bag. Woc in Caviar doesn’t have those issues....

Which one do you prefer? I have the Mini but I am too tall to carry it crossbody :( So now I am thinking about getting a WOC.
If you're tall I think the WOC is a better option. However do manage your expectations! the WOC is a wallet more than a bag lol. I find that I carry the mini more because the WOC is a bit long on me. Plus, the mini flap's closure is easier to close then the WOC's button snap. hope this helps?!
