The thing of woc is that you treat it as a wallet. There are so many card pockets inside. No need to put a coin purse extra
To me the point of having a WOC is that it's already organized so you wouldn't need a coin purse or a cardholder. I would use the zipper portion for wallet things and put the cards directly into the wallet. I just see so many people put wallets in wallets or pochettes in pochettes.
I was thinking the same thing! I keep watching packing videos where people dont use it for what it is! Then again I guess it's personal preference.
The price increase in 4 years makes me want to cry 😭!!!

Great review! Finally got around to picking up the red quilted WOC last weekend. The 00V Red is such a gorgeous true red, def knew I had to have it after your heathrow haul :D
I love your channel, and thanks for sharing the "Chanel Mini and WOC Comparison". The only thing is I would never put my bulky keys inside my Chanel bag, I want to protect the interior of my bag from being scratched.

Thanks for sharing! Absolutely perfect video which I have been looking for so long. I have one WOC in Black with silver hardware. However, the chain is way too long for me so I just seldom to wear it. And the space is just very limited. I bought from HK about €1512 in 2 years ago. I want to resell and buy a mini instead. Would you please give me some advices if it is worthy to keep the WOC or just resell it? Thank you so much!!

I recently got the WOC in lambskin (microchip). And the price increase 6 years on is just unfathomable LOL. Chanel has improved the WOC, at least.

I hv the 8" rectangular mini and also two WOCs and i actually find i could fit more in the WOC as i dont need to carry a purse in it. I use the front pocket to put my money and the zipped compartment for coins. So my iphone, lipstick, eyeliner, mascara, compact powder and keys can easily fit in the main compartment :)

Hi, love your videos. I’ve bought a 2nd hand Lambskin woc and there are creases along the flap. Previous owner says it’s wear and tear from normal opening of the piece. Will your woc have the same issue as well? Especially when you open the woc fully...

Where do you get a full size lip balm on a keychain? I love that! Also, do sunglasses or readers fit in a WOC?
For quick touchups your phone's front camera should be just fine. I do use it very often and don't need a compact anymore. Great video!

Hi Amie, just came across your videos. Quick question pls, would you recomend the chanel mini square flap as a 1st chanel bag in view of maybe getting the meduim flap much later i.e a few yrs time for personal reasons. I never knew these existed until very recently & I suprisely can't get it out of my head. Thanks for your anticipated input.
+Trying newthings Hi! I absolutely love the mini and would recommend it to anyone. I think it would make a great first Chanel bag! I'm not such a huge fan of the medium to be honest - it doesn't fit much more than the mini and is almost double the price. For me, the two best styles/ sizes as the mini and the jumbo :)

Thanks for this vid, Amie. Love your collection! I just got a new Chanel boy lambskin woc and am kinda regretting it mainly because of size and leather. Now I want a caviar mini. I sold my WOC very quickly after I got it. I love my mini to bits though and would highly recommend! For the extra price, you get a lot more versatility IMO :)

Great review! I do like wear cross body and after watching this video, I lean more towards woc. The mini seems a little bit bulky if carries cross body, doesn't it?
I actually like knowing if an extra purse or pouch fits inside. Some people like extra organization 💁♀️

One piece I just purchased (haul video coming on Tuesday!) but the others include a bright coloured mini and a LV Neverful MM in DE. Although the one I shared is more of a lifetime wishlist... not sure I'll be able to buy all of these in the next few months! (A girl can dream right?! :D)

+Chanel Mommy I actually sold the WOC a few weeks ago! For me personally, it's a no. I love the mini and think it's a great size - the WOC is just too small! I also think that it's more of a casual bag which limited how much I used it. The mini is perfect for casual days and dressy evenings out! I would much rather save up a bit more and get another mini :)

Is the chain of the woc smaller than the mini?
I'm a new subbie. I simply adore your accent. I'm usually a LV girl but wanting to venture out. What do you think would be my perfect first Chanel bag? I'm in my 40's so I like to carry a bit of stuff but at the same time don't want anything to heavy.
NurseNJ Thank you! So for me, the ideal Chanel size is the Jumbo - it's perfect for day and night in my opinion. I have heard some people say that they think it's too heavy... I've not experienced this at all though so I suppose it depends on your tolerance (I'm used to lugging around my really heavy Neverfull all the time!). There is the M/L but to be honest for the £400 extra, I think you're much better off getting the Jumbo!

I recently purchased my very first chanel classic flap black caviar leather in jumbo size, but it's too big for me when I tried it on. I'm 158cm... I'm thinking of selling it and buy the mini square. Does Chanel still produce mini square , caviar leather in orange/ red color? Where do you normally shopping for pre-loved bag?

I've always wanted a chanel woc but now after seeing the mini flap I'm not to sure. I think I like the mini flap a bit more. Lol I'm also from London and I was wondering how much was the mini? I really want one but I can't seem to find it on their website. I hope it's not limited edition. 😊
+Hunniebunches020405 The square mini is £1590 I believe, with the rectangle mini being a couple hundred more. I believe there is a price increase coming for the mini style but I'm not sure when I'm afraid! The mini is considered a seasonal piece but they do tend to do versions every season :)

oh I LOVE LOVE LOVE the mini. I have contacted a SA and was told may be able to track a pink mini for me !!!! Should I get the pink mini or a black classic flap first? I dont have bags from Chanel but definitely getting one or two...
Erica L Oh my goodness, that is such a tough decision!! Is it the mauvey-pink with GHW that's out now? I saw this the other day and it is STUNNING! I would probably go for the pink mini to be honest as the black classic flap will always be there. Nothing worse than kicking yourself for missing out on a gorgeous seasonal colour!
+Chase Amie It's been crazy busy at work also with my mother-in-law-to-be coming, when I finally find a chance to contact the SA today, the pink is gone. I dont think I will get a chance to get crossed with a pink mini ever again.

Chanel need to rethink their Classic and Reissue sizes. The perfect bag size and chain is actually the Reissue 226 (Medium). It is bigger than the Classic Medium and the chain is longer, so it can be worn crossbody if necessary. It is also very lightweight! So Chanel should make the Classic bag in this same size, then a Jumbo, and discard the Medium and outdated Maxi!!!

gcbykat So they bill it as duty free but I actually believe it's something different... either way, Heathrow has an agreement with HMRC where they can offer discounted prices on items. Unfortunately you can only purchase when flying out though! I love the shape of the square mini but I love the silver embellishments on the wallet. The gold makes me think it looks tacky :(( I hope it isn't like that in person
