    Should check with your customers if they don't mind you just mulching the grass. I don't have to put the bag on my mower for a single one of my customers. Makes it so easy to not deal with bags and hauling it off afterwards. Adds extra nitrogen to the lawn too.

    I started mowing the lawns at our house, that my oldest brother has now, when I was 12yro in 1961. It has 2 lots, one for the house and the other a yard for the 4 boys to play. The side yard is 1800sqft. and the front yard is about the same. I also had to rake the leaves around the perimeter of the yard and the 60ft driveway. I enjoyed it and got $4 a week for all that. I used a Jacobs gas powered self-propelled real mower. You lift the Tee handle to tighten the drive belt. I think I stopped when I was 14 because of a long school day schedule.
    You're doing a fabulous job. I really enjoy your trailer, very inventive.

  • @seofelite
    @seofelite 3 месяца назад

    Just my ten cents:
    - if you're just cutting a lil off the top, it's usually a lot more beneficial to just leave that thin layer of grass clippings on the lawn and let nature quickly recycle that organic matter back into useful nitrogen for the lawn.
    - Try to make more use of the grass trimmer especially around the edges like fences, beds, posts, etc. before mowing. It'll reduce the amount of times you have to manipulate that heavy mower.
    - Please get into the habit of disconnecting the batteries before getting your hands around the blades.
    Already liked and subbed. Love what you do! Keep up the good work :)

    Am not familiar with battery operated lawn equipment what so ever can tell you on occasion with gas powered lawn mower equipment there have been times when the spark plug wire wasn't disconnected there has been people some children more so adults that when turning the blade hit just enough compression to start the machine end result not a good one you may want to seriously consider disconnecting the battery source before ever even consider reaching underneath what could possibly not end well again have no idea if an electrical powered unit such as yours could possibly start from a turn of the blade be careful always

    Not bad you do good work just give me some advice when you mow and wet grass like that you can burn up your equipment I have been doing landscape work commercially for over six years when the grass is wet, we do not mow Lawn equipment is very expensive you want to make sure you take care of it and make it laugh as long as possible one do not know when the grass is wet it put more wear and tear on the motor and it can cause it to burn out

    Once you have a drivers License you don't need a pick-up a SUV/Crossover and a tarp/cargo liner weather-tech or knock-off is all you need you could also do a receiver mount cargo rack instead of a trailer. depend on how well and quickly your mower folds. I would also buy collapsible safety cones to place around your vehicle. If you have younger siblings partnering with you the current set-up could be used after you have a license. I would also have front and rear dash-cams to capture anyone trying to steal your equipment and always record your jobs incase disputes come up. if a truck is your choice 2011 or older ford ranger, dodge dakota 1st gen colorado/canyon, nissan or any partnerships of these trucks. if still mowing in 6 years instead of college then move to full sized gas trucks or vans without turbos so no ecoboost.

I know she’ll have to share the money. In the long run, it will be safer for her. If she has school project or doesn’t feel well while mowing. Life: have a plan B for this hard working girl. For a free mower that would mow a season using gas to pay a 500 mower for electric at least I’d guess it’s quite a thing I never thought the gas mowers needed improvement the little primer bulb worked good three pumps and always ran and what used like a cup of gas to mow my lawn to use electric would be silly for me ited be interesting for fun I guess 😅
