    Dear Al,
You were able to get that stuck lawnmower out of that hole. It was hard. It was time consuming. It was exhausting. But you never gave up. Sort of like life sometimes. It’s hard. It’s exhausting. But never give up. You are such a kind and compassionate man. Your wife and your children are blessed to have you for a husband and father.
You seem so thin. Please get a full medical evaluation. Don’t do too much too soon. You may just be suffering from severe exhaustion. Don’t work too far from home. Stay safe. Get healthy. Your community and your viewers need you. You have been missed. God bless you.

Al, I am a retired Professional Counselor and I appreciate all of your efforts to help others. I also appreciated your transparency about your recent challenges. One thing I learned after more than 30 years of helping others is that if I did not care for myself, I could not care for others. My suggestion is for you to consider seeking getting a complete medical workup as well as seeking out a licensed mental health professional. Physical and mental health are linked to each other. Getting a complete picture of your health will go a long way to a healthier you. May God's blessings be upon you and your wife and precious children.

You’re a strong person to share your anxiety issue. I understand because I’m a 74 year old woman who only recently shared my anxiety problems with friends. I'll tell you that some things that don't help society is when states take away mental health services for those on Medicaid or those with low cost health insurance. I've seen that in the past with people I've known, and it really hurts us all in the long run
I'm just glad, as being 50 years old, and having seen some changes come & go, it's good there is more awareness regarding mental health, in some areas anyways. At least there are medications that can help some people out or therapy or behavioral health services. Better now than it was 50 years ago or longer.
It's a challenging world to help everybody. All in all, things could be a lot worse here in the U.S.A.!

I'm more encouraged to learn that you're not superhuman ... because the nature of what you've done in the past, had me feeling like an underachiever!! I can view all you've done through a different lens now, understanding that you, too, are just putting one foot in front of the other, as well. Blessings Al. Keep on keeping on.

G’day Al from Down Under. As a sufferer of Depression and Anxiety, I can imagine how hard it was for you to do this video. I find it difficult to get of bed most days which makes me feel even worse. You did a fabulous job of this property. I knew fishbone fern was invasive - I have it in my own garden - but I have never seen it spread so bad as it did in this garden. Well done. Take care of yourself and rest well. With best wishes for 2024. 💕🇦🇺

When I found out it was treatable, WOW. I can't believe the difference. It creeps right up on you and before you know it, you're there again. May God bless and may he give you the strength you need to handle this. This is an awesome video. Good job, Al.

TY for sharing your story about your anxiety and the journey toward health. Almost every channel I follow have shared similar issues and burn out stories. You are not alone. I know this channel and it's contents have shown me that you are a man of integrity who cherishes his family, community, and followers. It is extremely difficult to put your life out there in your videos and to deal with that 1 percent who will judge and criticize you. They have such empty lives that they lash out on the Internet because they are too weak to confront their own life issues. Will look forward to your future fantastic videos. God is with you because through you His work is being done. Best wishes from San Antonio, Texas.

Between the meds and having a strong supportive team of care coordinator, a recovery support specialist and my therapist, I’m making steps toward progress, so I can really relate to your issues. I have found, like you, that I’m hitting on all cylinders when I am pushing myself to help others. I sure couldn’t keep up with you, but I feel your every step. Your honesty and openness is appreciated and. I send love from Green country in Northeast Oklahoma. God shine down upon you…Joey

You seem to be getting along fine. You focus on helping lots of people Al. Helping yourself is number 1. Without you being at your best, you can't do for others. So make yourself come first. Thank you for what you do. Find the joy in your every success. I am an older woman who lives alone on a small farm. I see some of the lawns you work on are those of single people who have become ill and have been unable to care for their property. I run that risk myself. It is very difficult to find someone to help as it becomes difficult to get things done. Keep up the good work. Love and hugs to you and your beautiful family.
