  • A 4-H group got a big surprise when a polar bear interrupted their bonfire on the beach and showed them how it hunts. As Mark Neufeld reports, It was an experience they’ll never forget.

    Normally polar bears eat seals but when sea ice is not frozen they eat anything they can find

    Now you know the smell of S'mores is what the bear came looking for, but he settled for eating goose. 🦆 🍫🍚🍪 🐻‍❄

    Who wouldn't come from far away for s'mores ?
    Gotta be way better than seaweed anyway, anyday !
    It's on my bucket list to travel to Churchill; I'd like to photograph the bears and the northern lights.

    Polars are my favourite bear. They’re majestic and hate that they’re endangered, mostly because of human error. I started donate to WWF because of the polar bears. Hope I’m helping! Hello from southeastern Ontario!

      They’re actually not endangered. They’re vulnerable because of climate change but the polar bear population is larger than ever.

      They choose to live in suboptimal conditions? They even eat their babies.

      Enquire and search for information before to repeat WWF/greens’ s stupidities, polar bear isn’t endangered , its population has been growing since long a time…

    • @Momcat_maggiefelinefan
      @Momcat_maggiefelinefan 7 месяцев назад

      @@politicallyincorrectandpro5856 Depends on what population you’re considering. The bears have been over hunted in some locations and are considered endangered. This is coming from a verified source, the WWF, and I’m just sharing that information. Now that they’re interbreeding with the grizzly bear, genetic purity will also be compromised.

    “Remember, this is the bear’s home” followed by, “Many bears have been killed because people put themselves at risk,” but in the area that IS “the bear’s home.” Ridiculous.
    2024, but we still don’t get it: mankind does NOT dominate nor own this planet.😢

    You are lucky 🍀 he was not a grumpy bear 🐻. Your vehicle 🚗 is not safe unless it is running. There are videos of bears 🐻 tearing the windshield out of cars. Watch out seriously they are not friendly at all.

      In Churchill it's common practice to leave their front door and their vehicles unlocked, so that people can easily find safe refuge if they suddenly run into a polar bear.

    Polar bear comes out of water and hunts a goose and that's putting on a show?? That is what bears do. If it came out of the water put on a tutu and did a little dance now that would have been a show.

    • @DataWaveTaGo

      No. That would have been a fake dance using after effects.
