Loved your video. We were able to visit Churchill this past summer and I can vouch for the fact that it's a lovely time to visit - now I'm living vicariously through videos such as yours to see what 'Bear Season' is like!
This is so awesome!! The polar bears are so cute I can't stop smile for whole time. This is going to be my bucket list. Thank you for sharing. Great!! ( early in the morning 2 coffee mug cups that you guys picture on makes me smile too. It's really lovely)
Thank you so much!!! Lol. The trip was a fantastic experience from start to finish and the bears were so beautiful to see. So happy the mugs make you smile! We use them every day. 😁 Appreciate the wonderful support.
Hi Mathew! Thank you! We’re so glad you enjoyed the video. We loved making it and getting to see the polar bears was a truly outstanding experience. Thank you for watching! 😁
Im going there myself next year. I've been studying polar bears for about 7 years now. I know a lot about them. They're fascinating! It's very easy to fall in love with them. I only hope that more people will start taking global warming more seriously and do what is needed to save the habitat these creatures depend on for food.
Hey David! First of all, it's wonderful to hear from you. We hope you're doing well! And yes, this trip was truly amazing. One of our best ever. Thanks for watching!
@@HeGoesSheGoes oh that’s great news, I couldn’t really tell how far the bears where from you. I have a Nikon 55-300 f/4.5-5.6, it won’t give me the bokeh I’m looking for but surely it will zoom in enough!
@@HeGoesSheGoes not very soon, hopefully late 2025. Since I’m travelling all the way from Greece I’ll make sure to add other destinations to this trip as well. I’ve been looking forward to visiting New York again so we’ll go there for sure and if there will be time left to explore Canada a little more that’ll be perfect!
Hi, really enjoyed the video, am inspired to go on this trip myself in the near future and therefore was wondering what camera you guys used to take pictures of the bears? thankss
Thanks! We hope you get to do it. Churchill is simply amazing. As for the camera, we were using a Canon M50 (we've now upgraded to the Canon R8) with a 55-250mm lens so that we could zoom in on the bears. Worked out really well!
Hello! Thanks so much! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the video. We had such a great experience on this trip. Our visit was on Nov 2, 2021. Thanks again for watching and enjoy planning for your trip! 😁
Hi! Thanks for watching! Frontiers North, which is the group we traveled with, offers tours in October and November. We went during the first week of Nov.
The buggy driver said to come back in the summer because you will see the bright coloured plants against the polar bears and that you would be able to see whales too.
Hi! Thanks for watching. Frontiers North offers tours in Oct. and Nov. That's the best time to see the polar bears as they wait for ice to form on the bay. We went in the first week of Nov. Hope that helps!
@Stephen - Frontiers North is offering the one day trip on their website scheduled for October 26. Late October is the sweet spot for bear viewing apparently.

It was truly unbelievable and magical to see the bears in their natural habitat. They are so special and fascinating. Thank you so much for watching our video! 😁
nice video but the music is so loud its kinda heavy-handed. It competes too much with the story. At half this volume both could be appreciated more. Lifetime audio engineer here.
Thanks for watching and sharing your expertise! We've definitely been dropping the music levels in our videos in recent years. Trying to find that right balance. Appreciate your input.
@@HeGoesSheGoes love your channel and I only offer this for a better experience. I go through the same thing when putting background music over a live interview, finding the right music level but keeping the talking as the thing you're mostly meant to hear. It takes a little adjusting but the thing is, people can hear and be emotionally moved by the music even at low levels and still reserve your focus for the spoken words. Sorry for being nerdy but that's my life, dials and levels, oh, my! :) You're doing fine.
Very nice, fully appreciated. Definitely a unique opportunity to be that physically close to the most ruthless apex predator on our planet! I can’t imagine the horrendous experiences of early European explorers to this area; I’m sure not many survived the encounter without the support of the local aboriginals. Also glad nobody was overly concerned about the amount of CO2 produced round trip; probably best to take these excursions now, rather than later, as the global socialists are rapidly deploying their agenda.
the scariest bear alive. Very large and eats nothing but meat! BTW, we are on the menu so if you think their cute, just watch them tear apart a Seal and imagine its you or check out Scary Bear Attacks and hear the story of the Eskimo man who was eaten alive by a polar bear while his kids watched from a boat!

Great content. I know where I want to go on vacation. The bears are amazing.
They definitely are! Thanks for watching!
I loved the bear who made his own sitting area, and got comfortable. He even scratched his own arse hahahah
He brought a whole new dimension to 'chilling' 🐻❄️

That is a happy polar bear :-) What an incredible adventure!
Thank you Cory!! It really was incredible. And all of the bears were so fascinating and beautiful. 😁
Being from Churchill, this was a good video, to show some awesome sightings of polar bears!
Glad you enjoyed it!

Thank you so much Cory!! We appreciate your support! So happy you enjoyed the video. The whole experience in Churchill was wonderful. 😁
What a beautiful adventure! Which lens did you use for those close up shots of the bears?
Thanks Chris! We used the relatively inexpensive Canon EF-S 55-250mm lens to the get the close-up shots. It did the trick!

I went on a buggy a year ago in Churchill and was so scared when we saw one I pooped my pats a little and stunk up the whole buggy!
