You visited some of my favorite places once again. Loved the memories you bring to me. I see so much has changed, big improvements everywhere in the last five years. Thank you once again for taking me back to the city I have spent most of my life. Kiwi from Virginia.
Really enjoyed watching, put a smile on my face. Patrick's pie's looked tasty and so did the steak and desert. Looks like you had a super fun couple of days.
Cool video guys endless fun enjoyed by all, so enjoyed the prem I commented alot hehe! beautiful NZ, beautiful whanau (family) can't wait for next adventures, take care guys❤️PS what was the name of the book Angelique got for her birthday?
Fantastic video! Think the tourist board should pay you something, such a great display of some of Rotorua’s attractions. I loved doing the swing and the luges, soo much fun. Looking forward to your next vid.
I thought the cord that Jessie was about to pull was the panic switch. When she pulled it, I almost choked on my dinner. That scene is hands-down my favorite of all the videos of yours so far. Angelique was lost for words and hysterical but having the time of her life! I’m going to have to watch it again!!!🤓
Great video.. The smiles and sequels and laughter was a tonic for my soul.. Put me in a positive frame of mind.. Thanks. Oh yeah commenting from across the ditch in Australia..
Great destination for a family holiday I would take my Australian wife and son there on my regular annual leave when I visited my family in Auckland and Wellington . Covid has put a halt on our travels at this point. We would always stop somewhere between the two cities and stay in hotels for a couple of days before seeing family I miss the road trips..🙂
You should. You'll love it. Don't forget to check out Thursday night...in the downtown, they have all these food trucks and market with music. It's really nice.
@@GrowingUpWithoutBorders You have an amazing family, the luge looked fun and the huge swing was funny! Love learning about some of the beautiful places you visit. Love the sceneries, food and history. You do a great job. Peace from Canada 🍁
Hi fams, heaps of goodness and so much fun, I've ridden the luge and crashed, left a bit of skin behind on the track and still have a small scar, had a fab time though with the fams, lots of lol and woohoo's, I haven't done the swing "yet" that's next 👍🏽 😬 thank you for taking us along on another adventure, have a wonderful day Patton fams 🌞👍🏽
That's funny. You and Chloe and relate then. I'm glad she only had a little scrape. Definitely try the swing next time it's scary as though. Just warning you 😂😂
@@GrowingUpWithoutBorders When I seen the band-aid on Chloe's hand I had a feel'n she must of had a Meg 😁 moment, brought back memories for me 😳😬😩😭 😂...Oh and thanks for the warning 😳😬
Kuirau in Kuirau Park, is pronounced as Kwe-la Park. La as in r's. You have to roll the r to create that sound like a French rolls there r's. I use to play here as a young child. The old army tank has been removed and the hotpool where you can play in like a thermal pool has been removed because an underwater eruption and a flood caused it to be un-uesable a few decades later. But it still has its charme to this day.
It's such a beautiful country and the longer we are here the more we're in love with it. We've been to Australia but not for a long visit so we'll definitely have to spend more time there and get to know it better.
Pies are handy arn't they, when I left NZ in 1979 they were 50cents each. They are the first thing I grab whenever I return through the airport. I need my meat pie and flat white

Luge tracks look like fun. I'd be too scared since they let more than one person down and they get too close. If I could go by my self I would go.
Yeah it's quite the experience. Kiwi style!
Goodmorning yall and that looks like lots of fun
It was amazing!
Love your video from Melbourne Australia

We have no idea. 😳 We’re trying to get it back up.
Good morning family 🌻
Morning!
Watching here.. new friend... i have an uploaded vdio as well in rotarua night ride luge...cheers..
Cool! So much fun!
Queenstown Gondola is better. But I think the Rotorua Luge is better though
I agree with both. Rotorua seems like a longer track but Queenstown has the views!!
Whanau.
They had a blast!
