For a track that come out 1995 , we are still playing still loving. I am 50 yr old to. For me one track that stood out , even with so many good releases in 90,s . The extended 12inch versions on original cd are kick arse 2.
Im 61 and this is still on my night driving playlist when i CANT GET NO SLEEP! Never too old for Euphoria! The anthem of a generation......OUR generation!!!
Think about how they felt when they first put this classic down. Did they know how good it was? Yes! If you are a musician you know when you’ve nailed it.
Everytime i hear this song i get goosebumps, this songs is a timeless classic. This song must be kept for furture generations to appreciate. Maxi you were a legend, a mortal. RIP
@@peterwhitey4992 nah, definitely not! I remember people walking around in the 90s with their heads looking up, interacting with real people. Not staring down blankly into a rectangular screen. That's not nostalgia, that's facts!
A Scotland fan in the Hippodrome - Euro 96 and a big giant screen appears from the sky showing Gazza scoring against us, Lenny McLean on the doors and the whole place is going wild...a memory and a moment in time . PS, shout out the the Millwall boys who looked after us and made sure we enjoyed London. Friends forever.
Still makes the hairs go up on the back of my neck - from the days of being ‘loved up’ I was lucky enough to see them live, now 56 love it more than ever. Want this played loud at my funeral before I join you Jazz - Legend.
Definitely one of the most iconic Dance tracks ever ..I don't think I ever got any sleep between 97 and 2002,,, maybe I did,,I definitely don't remember those years.
I think that this is the best example of this piece of music that I’ve ever played or heard. It is not only a great banging dance track and fun to expand on, but this particular example is orchestral, taking the listener in and out of all of the instruments and vocals involved in the construction, producing a fantastically fulfilling experience. Wonderful!
I was only 9 in 1997 and I remember this coming out and hearing it. It just so seemed (and you can call me old) but the music on the radio and the charts was actually 'good' but I got older and the radio became unlisten-to-able and I won't even mention the charts. But there still is great music. It's just not as visible as the good old days. If you lived through the 90's, you were blessed. RIP Maxi & Keith Flint. As you both would have wanted,, we'll keep her lit!
I'm only 23 but this has been my treasure since childhood. Whenever i blast this on full even my housemates come and join me for a nice evening. Thank you legends for making such a masterpiece and I wish you the best in life and the afterlife
One of the definitive dance tracks. Amazing in a club, on another level when they played it live at festivals. RIP Maxi, and thanks for the tunes man xx
Faithless is defo one of the best concerts I have ever been to. I went just over 18 years ago. Sister Bliss in my opinion one of the greatest with her multitude of keyboards. Insomnia always been my fave tube.
Suonata live mai sentita prima, tutto dal vivo ha un sapore diverso,più vero, anche la voce senza aiuti, voce vera, qui questo pezzo ha guadagnato valore in più,mi è piaciuto
It brings me back with happiness- real happiness Omg nowadays the kids -absolutely no idea how simple We had it…..and they forget that the technology they have was invented by people our age

Portishead and Faithless on the same show... golden era of Later. Glad to hear this performance again; great band.

Big time 😢
Take me back to that year it was my favourite time ❤
Saw live in Cape Town ‘97 after weeks in the desert with no music. Blew my mind then as much as it does today. Legends.

Such a great version they did for the show.
Most people think of this as purely a synth tune. But just focus on the acoustic drums, electric bass and percussionist. Brilliant
The soundtrack of my youth, along with many other amazing tracks...... chapeau marc, you and the many artists of the eighties will never be battered

The talent of that band is off the scale. A deep regret of mine is not seeing them live.
Took my daughter to see them in Manchester, her first gig at 15. She's 25 now, still the best show she's ever seen.
I grew up in the 70's/80's, and here we are in 2024, and there is some good music made even today. Whoever this new band is, take a bow 🎉
Straight away loved this beat, still do 62 bouncing around my kitchen,
Hearing this you just want to throw your arms in the air like you just don’t care. What a classic tune. RIP Maxwell

That Bliss keyboard riff (riff? I play guitar) still sends shivers down my spine every time I hear it!
