ഗാന്ധിജിയുടെ മുൻഗാമികൾക്കും സമകാലികർക്കും ഇന്ത്യക്ക് പൂർണ്ണ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം വേണമെന്ന താല്പര്യം ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു. എല്ലാവർക്കും താല്പര്യം ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് സാമ്രാജ്യത്തിനു കീഴിൽ സ്വയംഭരണം (സ്വരാജ് ) ആയിരുന്നു. കാരണം ബ്രിട്ടൺ ഇന്ത്യ വിട്ടാൽ ഭരണം ഏറ്റെടുക്കാൻ കോൺഗ്രസ് ശക്തമായിരുന്നില്ല. നാട്ടു രാജ്യങ്ങൾ സ്വതന്ത്രമാകും. ഗാന്ധിജി ഇന്ത്യ മുഴുവൻ നാട്ടുരാജ്യങ്ങൾ ഉൾപ്പെടെ ഭിന്നിച്ചു കിടന്ന ജനങ്ങളെയെല്ലാം ഒന്നിപ്പിച്ചു. 1929 ഡി. 31 ന് ഇന്ത്യക്ക് സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം വേണമെന്ന പ്രമേയം ആദ്യമായി ലാഹോർ കോൺഗ്രസിൽ പാസ്സാക്കി. ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനതയെ ഒന്നിപ്പിച്ചത് ഗാന്ധിജിയാണ്

It would have made devastating effects on indias growth as a country. Look at Pakistan, if Jinnah lived for 10-15 yrs , the fate of that country would have been different. India would have gone that same way. So gandhi thought about it . Nehru had a good influence on mount batten and it helped him achieve the things he wanted for the new india at partition. VP menon helped nehru on background. British played a big role in partition. The creation of Pakistan is a big logistical step to prevent ussr from getting to warm waters . They mainly churchill used hindu / Muslim rivalries and jinnah . They were still a powerful nation could have lingered for at least couple of decades more. People who detested gandhi and nehru refuse to believe the facts. We cannot ignore the history. Foundation was made strong in those 25 yrs do not forget.

ഈ കരാറിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് രണ്ടാം ലോക മഹാ യുദ്ധം അവസാനിച്ചതിനു ശേഷം ലോകമാസകലമുള്ള കോളനി രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും ബ്രിട്ടീഷുകാർ ഒരേ സമയം ഓടിപ്പോയത്.
ഇൻഡ്യയിലെ ഖജനാവ് വീണ്ടും കൊള്ള ചെയ്യാൻ പാകത്തിൽ ചതിക്കപ്പെട്ട ഒരു ഭരണഘടന ഉണ്ടാക്കി വച്ചിട്ടാണ് അവർ കടന്നു പോയത്.
അത് ഇപ്പോൾ അമേരിക്കൻ സാമ്രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ ചൂഷണം നിർബ്ബാധം നടത്തുന്നതിടയാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
200 കൊല്ലം കൊണ്ട് ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് സാമ്രാജ്യം കൊണ്ടു പോയതിനേക്കാൾ അധികം സമ്പത്ത് ഓരോ വർഷവും വിചിത്രനികുതികൾ വഴി അടിമ ഭരണകൂടത്തെ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പിരിച്ചെടുത്ത് അമേരിക്കയും കുട്ടാളികളും പ്രതിവർഷം കൈക്കലാക്കുന്ന ചൂഷണം തിരിച്ചറിയണം.

അറ്റ്ലാന്റിക് കരാറിൽ ഒപ്പുവെച്ച വിൻസ്റ്റൻ ചർച്ചിൽ, യുദ്ധം അവസാനിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ യുദ്ധം നടന്ന പ്രദേശത്ത് നിന്നും തങ്ങൾ പിൻവാങ്ങുമെന്നാണ് ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചത് എന്ന് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു.
ആ പ്രഖ്യാപനം നിർവീര്യമാക്കാൻ മാത്രമാണ് അമേരിക്ക ജപ്പാനിൽ ആറ്റം ബോംബ് വർഷിച്ചത്.
കാരണം 1945 ആഗസ്റ്റ് മാസത്തിന് മുമ്പേ യുദ്ധം അവസാനിച്ചിരുന്നു.
ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് രഹസ്യ ഏജൻസികൾ സുഭാഷ് ചന്ദ്രബോസിനെ രഹസ്യമായി കൊന്നു തള്ളുകയും ചെയ്തു.
വർഗ്ഗീയ കലാപം ആരംഭിച്ചത് 1947 ലെ വിഭജനത്തോടെയാണ്.
1946 ഡിസംബർ 9 ന് ഭരണഘടനാ നിർമ്മാണ സഭയുടെ ആദ്യ സമ്മേളനത്തിൽ 389 അംഗങ്ങൾ പങ്കെടുത്തു.
ഗാന്ധിജി നിർദേശിച്ച ഗ്രാമ സ്വരാജ് നടപ്പാക്കുന്ന ഭരണഘടന ഉണ്ടാകണം എന്ന് ഭൂരിപക്ഷം ആവശ്യം ഉന്നയിച്ചു.
അത്തരം ഒരു ഭരണഘടന തങ്ങളുടെ തുടർന്നുള്ള ഖജനാവ് കൊള്ളക്ക് തടസ്സമാകുമെന്ന മനസ്സിലായ ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് ഭരണാധികാരികൾ പഞ്ചാബിനെയും ബംഗാളിനെയും വെട്ടി മുറിച്ചു വർഗ്ഗീയ കൂട്ടക്കുരുതി സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു ഇൻഡ്യൻ ഉപഭൂഖണ്ഡത്തിലെ മുഴുവൻ ജനങ്ങളെയും ചതിച്ചു എഴുതിയുണ്ടാക്കിയ ഭരണഘടനയാണ് നിലവിലുള്ളത്.
1935 ലെ ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് ഇൻഡ്യാ ആക്ടിലെ സുപ്രധാന വകുപ്പുകൾ ഒന്നടങ്കം ഭരണഘടനയിൽ പകർത്തി വച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
1948 ജനുവരി 30 ന് ഗാന്ധിജെ വധിച്ച് ഫെബ്രുവരി 28 ന് ഭരണഘടനയുടെ കരട് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു.
ലോകത്ത് ഏറ്റവും നീളം കൂടിയ ഭരണഘടന എന്നാൽ ഉല്പന്നം മോശമായാൽ വില്പനക്കാരൻ വാചാലനാകും എന്നർഥമേയുള്ളൂ.
