Using Rhode glazing milk here instead of an oil. If you deal with any sort of face swelling because of pcos, hormone imbalance, eating too much salt the night before.. get into a face massage routine! Trust me.. over time it will make a difference 🤍🤍

I drink dandelion tea which helps detox the liver of excess hormones - I’m ovi not a dr though but it’s my best friend 😅 I have to use things like salicylic acid, azelaic acid daily personally But I also avoid all sugary drinks, eating too much sugar on my period and right before, I try to get sleep and rest - I’m such a busy girl so it’s hard, but if you can try to relax your mind it can help. Typically right after hormones should start to balance out and period breakouts should start to clear 🥺
If you’re using too much pressure and nothing for glide it can hurt you.. just like being super rough with your skin and rubbing it can, you know 🩷.. just be gentle and use something for glide

Is is the Rhode glazing fluid, but any millet toner works well I find.. the tirtir milk skin toner is another I use often too 🤍
