- ASDI Instructor, Michael Grant Jones, demonstrates the Isosceles shooting stance. This stance is a very traditional stance that can be used by beginners and experienced shooters. It is called the Isosceles Stance due to the fact that you make an Isosceles triangle with you your arms and body.

I was 11 years in the British Army (mostly airborne) therefore I know my way around weapons,. This clip add the instructor's teaching technique is first class -clear and precise.
What I like is the expressed flexibilty in " if it is not comfortable, you are not going to shoot well" ( although strictly speaking some shooting positions on rough ground Will be uncomfortbale, i imagine he means "be as comfortable as good shooting principles permit"
