Easier way to do is with command block, with the command, you can create a command that when placing TNT, it ignites automaticly, not needing the redstine torches

Technically, this game has been around for a while, since I used to play it back seven years ago on XBOX 360, which I'm sure others did as well. I will say though, you improved on it by adding the various blocks in the maze too.

You might be able to shoot upwards by placing a tnt block on a wall and spawncamp someone that way

As someone who has played actual bomberman, I will say that a lot of the fun in that game comes from being able to trap the others in with your bombs. In that version, you can’t run through the bombs like you can here

I believe both were inspired by the same concept of bomberman. This short was a more literal interpretation of the concept while TangoTek made it his own.
