You can do all the prep ahead of time so the only thing you have to do on Christmas morning (aside from opening presents, of course!) is putting them in the oven. Thanks for posting these recipes. They look delicious. For a Christmas time variation of the French toast casserole, use panettone. We made a bread pudding using panettone and it gave it a more complex flavour. It may be good to cut down the amount of sugar since the panettone is already sweetened more than other breads.

I just made this with the cracker barrel casserole version. Wow! I almost didn't add the frozen fruit. I would have missed out because it was so good!! I needed to run out for a couple of hours, so I used slow cookers instead of the oven. It was hot and ready when I got home. Your video is creative and it inspired me. Well done!
