    I made this with my mini griddle... I put a piece of cheese in it (after cooking) and let that cool, then added tuna. Easy to flip with the mini griddle.

    Thank you for sharing! I love when a recipe has minimal ingredients. Simplicity and yet amazing outcomes. I can see your talented and passionate and as a fellow video creator & cook I would love to learn more from each other.

    Ill try it! Just found out I'm prediabetic so I've cut out a lot of sugars and carbs from my diet. This looks like a good replacement for my tortillas on taco night!

    Funny, my grandmother would call those calsones or chonis referring to our homemade flour tortillas, looking like old lady, underwear! But I will try. This looks like a great idea. Thank you.

    Immediately I thought of using these for savory crepes....or putting some fresh strawberries and blueberries inside, topped with homemade keto whipped cream.
    I get it when you mentioned the "eggy" flavor. Do you think eliminating one of the eggs would help or would that make it too thin to cook?

    • @CookingWithThatown2
      @CookingWithThatown2  2 года назад +3

      I wrapped mine in a hamburger patty and tasted none of the eggy or spinach flavor so it most likely will absorb the taste of whatever you use as the filling

      Spinach and flax seed? Hmmm will that be enough to turn it into a batter like substance… I have some flax seed i may try it to see what happens

    Can I make like 5 of these and store them in the fridge to use throughout the week?

    • @CookingWithThatown2

      Yes they should last you a couple of days in the fridge. I would put them in an airtight container

      @@CookingWithThatown2 Ok, mine kept falling apart when i tried to flip it as well so I had to let it cook a little longer, I did add a good teaspoon of ground flaxseed to thicken it up a little. I made a second batch using spinach & spring mix, small sweet bell pepper, 1/2 of a roma tomato, and a heaping teaspoon if ground flaxseed. Still had to cook longer but it was loaded with flavor.
