SO I got a sport trx4 as well. I was running the 540 20t Crawlmaster, just ordered the 12T Crawlmaster sport, wondering if going from a 540 to a 550 will make a difference. What was your take on it, was the 550 a big difference between the 540 and 550.
Traxxas motors are actually really high quality sealed cans. The main and most significant difference is the front bearing. Trailmaster motors are good but not worth tossing a good usable titan motor for. When the titan dies a Holmes motor is a couple bucks cheaper.
john basterson I like my titan but I burnt one up in about 6 months and I put it through hell, I went with the crawlmaster because I wanted better low end control.
I also got this HH motors. Awesome performance. Nice video my friend.

I like the 550 crawlmaster 15 turn still using it.
It will make a difference, I think it’s about 30% fast or more powerful but I could be wrong to.
Just ordered the 550 crawlmaster sport 12t whats your opinion after you received it?
How do I tell were I hook the black and red wire coming out of my esc to this holmes hobbies 15t
