Hey Richard, question about the dilutions. I don’t know maybe if we’ve covered this or not, is it possible that RC just knew there was a vwap or some sort of other cyclical event that was going to happen when the first dilutions happened and not necessarily just heavy volume because of earnings? So all of the orders that would’ve either have been to refill ETFs, or some other means were than filled through that share dilution? And maybe he was just mistaken about the most recent one being it didn’t run and was at a lesser price than the first two, and or counter parties that be knew that and rug pulled that most recent dilution because they figured RC would dilute again? Hope

I think that's exactly what happened, but here's some more details:
In 2021 RC did 2 dilutions. The sneeze and and March run happened before he could become chairman. But as soon as Kurt Wolf and others were out, RC diluted into April. Not into a cycle. But the 2nd bigger offering was literally RIGHT into the 6/8/21 cycle, at the top.
He did a similar play this year. Let the cycle happen in May. Then he starts offering and RK supported the offering with those call buys. This forced the MM to buy the offering to hedge the calls. This is a genius play by the two of them.
Then the 6/6 cycle exploded and he sold the top of it. Just like 6/8 from 4 years prior. Genius!
I don't know what the Sept cycle was about. Could he had known Institutions were in accumulation phase and sold to them a nibble? To launch this distribution phase?
Interesting about the institutions. I guess that makes sense if he could time buy ins from them an offering would be a really easy way to sell a bunch of shares, and right into the transformation would be give more liquidity to them and maybe make institutions feel safer about the investment.
I assume RC knows what he’s doing and is seeing what DFV sees with trying to time dilutions 🤷🏻♂️

I went to my local GameStop yesterday bought some Pokémon cards. The GameStop employee was excited that I was already a pro member so I stated “of course I’m also a stockholder” so then I tried to inform him of the requel that’s about to happen and he’s trying to claim that all game stops are going to be shut down telling me “just between me and you, they’re going to be shutting down all GameStops” I chuckled a bit and politely disagreed with him lol I definitely encouraged him to watch some of your videos and do some research if he’s actually interested in the truth ❤️🙏

There are definitely store closures, though. And over time, I think we're going to see a gigantic pivot away from what GameStop is and has been. What it becomes.. we'll see. But if in the future, physical GameStop isn't a thing, I would not be that surprised. (will take many years)
@@RichardNewton yea I was trying to agree with him partially telling him they are closing down a ton of non performers, but he’s claiming all stores. Would be hard to submit PSA if that was the case with their new collaboration. It would definitely be a different world with no physical GameStop stores though 😭

Can you explain a bit more on the short % and off exchange volume when you go through the Chartexchange data? I am lost when you made the conclusion that all short % hit the exchange, not sure how you connect the GME short volume data and GME volume by exchange. As well, can you also go over the two tabs, FTDs and ETFs on your spreadsheet please? I remember you went over the whole spreadsheet in one video but I don't remember which one. Appreciated as always!
