    lol another "get rich quick!".
    Over 2k dirham per sqft in the middle of nowhere with terrible slum projects built on the same island so far. (same price as dubai)
    Cool project, elignton are great.
    The casino will open and maybe it will be a hit, maybe not.
    I would buy at 1k per sqft.

      Sounds like we need a time machine for those prices.
      2 years from now when the prices are 4-6k/sqft, people will say "I wish I bought at 2k"
      It's all a calculated risk - knowing the master plan and where it's going, and trusting your intuition after that.

      You are delusional if you think prices in RAK will ever reach 4k. The current price is only viable due to most of the projects not existing. Once all the many many thousands of units on marjan island are all on the market prices will drop.
      Elington will drop less than others so at least you have that.

      I just think expecting a huge return without understanding the huge risk is dumb.
      Put the date 2 years from now on the calendar. Check.
      Also feel free to check the units Emarr is unable to sell right now.
