Better Call Saul is the prequel to the award-winning series Breaking Bad, set six years before Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk) became Walter White's lawyer. When we meet him, the man who will become Saul Goodman is known as Jimmy McGill, a small-time lawyer searching for his destiny, and, more immediately, hustling to make ends meet. Working alongside, and often against, Jimmy is "fixer" Mike Erhmantraut (Jonathan Banks), a beloved character introduced in Breaking Bad. The series will track Jimmy's transformation into Saul Goodman, the man who puts "criminal" in "criminal lawyer."

“He was worth 50 of you”
I feel like mike always softly says to himself “I know”
I like how when Kai insults Werner Mike punches him, but when Casper insults Mike, he just silently agrees
You can tell he respects loyalty, and it helps that he agrees with it.
It hurts because it's true.
Cause kai was just insulting Werner to look tough.
Yes we all saw the same video u don't have to point out the obvious
mike blames himself
Respect to Casper for standing up for himself and Werner. He’s the only man to stand up to Mike and not get cold feet. He’s got a leg up on the other characters in my mind.
😂
He's not standing up any time soon after last episode
@@_MaZTeR_ Thanks for making the same joke but worse
@@Arkenway I'm way too high, I didn't realize until I read your comment.

Fair play, Casper doesn't put a foot wrong in the whole show. He really went out on a limb for the job.

I just love how Mike punches Kai out of disgust for badmouthing Werner despite the fact that Werner always stood up for him and always called him a good boy and for trying to suck up to Mike after antagonizing him throughout their time together, even the other workers felt like he deserved it
@michaelbarquet3941because its true
Casper is such a nice lad, i sure hope he doesn't lose his footing later in the show!
Ye
LMAOOOOOO
looool
I would even go further and hope that Lalo won't cut off his left foot with an axe.
😅🤣😂
I like how often Mike uses the sentiment of "I could have killed you already, do what I tell you, don't worry." He does the same with Walt in Breaking Bad
KOMI FLAG??? TNO?????
That was one of the best lines from Breaking Bad. Walt: I'm going to need some assurances; Mike: I can assure you I can kill you just as easily from here.
Casper’s comment towards Mike was totally uncalled for, he didn’t even have a leg to stand on.
Too soon
It won't be cinematic
A BCS character without feet? Unbravo Peter
The entire theme of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul is how good people are capable of evil and how it can slowly devolve. It’s heartbreaking to see Mike’s decline. He is ethical in his own way.
@@azizdragoon Because the alternative to being a crooked cop was ending up getting killed like his son.
He has honor and an understanding of what that means. Something few others have
@@laraycrenshaw5908 Honor amongst thieves and all
Nacho's dad really tore Mike down. Mike is just another criminal.
@Legato DeadWinters this really shows by the end. He rails Walt for defending himself against Gus, because Mike views Walt as a bad guy since saving his own life endangered Mike’s. He then attempts to flee the country despite the fact Kaylee gets nothing.
Mike’s a badass, but he’s just another criminal who pretends to be above the rest.
The tension of this scene is so sharp, it could almost cut your face.

Eh, i would rather describe the tension as a giant foot stomping on you, but different strokes ig
It's so good how they managed to mix this in with the S6 storyline ❣️

It kinda get unbelievably ridiculous that Lalo chose to go to a country with language he couldn't speak, environment and rules he wasn't familiar, and with very very limited amount of supply...
And *everything still worked out for him* ...
This arc kinda went James Bond...
@@user-iy7jo7bq4f how are you so sure of that?
@@Musti101
He already tracked down Margarite and then Casper...
It broke my suspension of disbelief...
@@user-iy7jo7bq4f The language barrier has been shown to not be an issue. People go to foreign countries all the time without being able to speak the native language. In regards to "limited supplies", we have seen how much money Lalo had access to when he needs it. Not far fetched that after he chose not to cross the border he went and got some cash, and flew to Germany. As for how he find Werner's wife, he would have got all of that information from travelwire in season 4.
My favorite little touch in this scene is how pasty they all look in the harsh sunlight after so many months spent indoors.
Tanning best in their warehouse domicile would've been a good idea, if they couldn't sunbathe on the roof.
Pardon me; I meant to say tanning beds.
they are Germans, they would look that way anyhow.
Damn Casper really took a stand against Mike. I wish I could stand on my two feet like that.
I see what you did there
Lmao
This Casper is just like Casper the friendly ghost. Sometimes he has two legs, sometimes he doesn't
Mikes voice had the smallest whisper of a break just as he calls the last pair. The comment really got to him, Mike knowing it’s not wrong.
Jonathan Banks had a lot cities, times and vehicles to remember for this.
Vancouver was easy, he worked there as Frank McPike on Wiseguy in 1988 lol
All these foot puns
Try putting your self in his shoe

Imagine the anguish sitting on that truck, and the relief when you realize you are not on the way to your grave.
I like Casper, he’s a character who stands on his own two feet. He might be my favorite character featured in the entire show. I’m glad he can go home and put his feet up and enjoy nice footlong sub. all that money he made from Gus will surely foot the bill. And he deserves it too. Just noticed that the lavandry's name, the very specific location of the secret lab they built, is on the truck that drove them here. 1:00
This channel really knows what their doing lmao nice
Mike getting humbled is satisfying
Thank you
I looked at this clip again, and realised Casper was standing up for Kai as well. Yes, Kai should have kept his mouth shut, but Mike didn't have the right to punch him since he was the one who killed Werner. It feels like Casper saw Mike's hypocrisy and decided to challenge Mike.
No Kai was a buttkissing beta. He thought he could get in good with Mike by Trashing Werner, but Mike respected Werner and hated having to kill him.
Casper really stuck a leg out for Werner
Mike: "Daniel 'Pryce' Wormald!" "Pryce you are driving to Salt Lake City. From there you will catch a flight to Fairbanks, AK. From there you will catch a flight to Barrow, AK where you will live out your remaining days harvesting whale blubber with the Eskimos. " Pryce: "Wait...? Why....................no"

Gut gemacht. Respekt.
Mike punching Kai in the face is a subtle sign that he doesn't like what he said
I think Mike respects Casper for saying that because he agrees. Werner’s death was impactful. He was important to the world.
Werner couldn't even make it a year without breaking down, kai was right
Mike takes a lot of lives, but if you just follow his orders, he's a sweetheart. 😍😍
Casper never really found his footing
Kai always seems desperate for Mike's thrashings 😆
I guess you could say Casper got his foot cut off with an axe later in the show, amirite!?
Casper gets his foot cut off.
Is that comment subtle enough?
Casper said that after seeing Kai get his jaw rocked, he wasn’t afraid of Mike even after seeing his cards. And Mike knew he was right too.
Casper seems like a great guy, I hope he doesn't get his foot chopped off by cartel kingpin Lalo Salamanca in the Season 6 episode "Axe and Grind"
I wish I could rec this multiple times
I wondered how Casper could tell Lalo where the secret lab was made. After all that secrecy. Now I noticed they travelled to the middle of nowhere... with the laundry truck. Gee-wizz, I wonder how he knew...
Lalo already knew where the lab was, he just didn't know what they were building. He visited Mike and Gus at the site of the launder mat.
@@Rowrin He actually visited Mike and Gus at the chicken farm, I think LatkaXtreme is right
Still doesn't explain how Lalo traveled all the way to Germany and back like he was fast traveling in a video game
Casper really seemed like he had an axe to grind here, but if it came down to a fight I don't think he'd have a leg to stand on.
Oh man mike poor mike.
Always has to be directly or indirctly involved with the deaths of people he loves and respects.
2:20 I've "known" Mike long enough to know this was coming lol.
Casper is lucky he didn’t get the chop, trying to intimidate Mike that way.
Mike knew he was right.
Mike is putting a lot of faith in these guys not getting lost, having mechanical problems, getting in an accident, getting stuck in a traffic jam, violating traffic laws and getting snagged by a cop, and any number of other unforeseen circumstances that could cause them to miss their flights.
They cut the part where Mike tells Casper, when you get to Phoenix stop at the Medical Supply store for a prosthetic. Might come in handy down the road
Interesting that a guy with the name like Casper might experience phantom pain soon lol
Maybe Mike should have shipped him off to motherbase
I hear Casper was driving a standard transmission Toyota to Phoenix. If so, I hope he remembered the saying “when in doubt, two feet out”.
RIP Howard, you didn't deserve that my friend.
@GodOfEbic Agree.
Casper was really brave with his comment on Mike. His co-workers should've given him a hand.
What ? You were expecting something else ?
Yup, he really stood up to Mike.
You should walk a mile in his shoe
The moment Mike punched Kai, Casper looks at the others as if they should be going to defend their colleague
That was a great punch like the one in tropic thunder.
I'd never have thought Lalo would meet up with Casper 🤔
Adjusting for inflation, 1 Werner in 2022 would be worth 76.4 Mikes.
Wow I can't believe they used a marked van.
If only mike knew what happened to casper later 😂
This entire comment section is both predictable and welcome. I love you guys. Good thing Casper never overstepped like Kai did.
Kai really put his foot in his mouth, you could say
what was the point of all this conspiration if they drove them on a truck with a Launderia Brillante logo?
In retrospect, as if episode 6 , it was in Gus’s interest to just kill all these guys
Maybe so, but Mike would've said, as he said to Lydia, "These are my guys. I've vetted them, and they're solid."
didn't know there was a new season. good.
3:17 BAMM headshot
That pause was probably Casper getting ready to take a hit
The title of This episode was really magic mike
I've been waiting a long time to see Mike deck Kai.
If Lalo went to visit Kai instead, the latter would've immediately bend over and cooperate.
why is jerma there
Wow, the workers know that the truck were they where transpoiting are from a "Lavanderia" or laundry, in S06E06 Lalo find out the tall worker (Gasper i think) and maybe he can tell him about how low-profile and "not legal" was the all work and the only thing that they knew was this Lavanderia Brillante stuff. That means a lot, from that info Lalo can go back to Albuquerque and find the underground construction.
Good analysis
Evidently, Casper broke down and gave Lalo some information. One item might be the laundry's name from the truck.
@@jimslancio Yeah, that was a big mistake and one more half measure that mike has done
I thought I saw the entire series, but I don't recall this at all.
I wish good luck to Casper in his new life! Or should I say, "Break a leg!"
Stefan Kapicic plays a good hearted guy all the time. Guy was Colossus from Deadpool by the way lol
Who's here after watching episode 6 of season 6
NO half-measures, Mike
what a leg end
Always found it odd they would use the Laundry truck to drive them out there, just leaves it open for someone to see it as out of the ordinary. Also they never knew where they were working so having them see the name on the truck as they leave is just bad writing.
Who do you expect to be standing around in the desert waiting for a truck to show up? And the workers most likely already knew beforehand anyway
Thank God the title doesn't say Magic Mike, like I thought it did.
Man named leg really earned Fingers respect here

For a second I was really expecting Caspar to be the one to kill Lalo, but that would be more of an Ozark move. Sad that he ended up the way he did
