2:22:20 Delilah was actually a cut character for Across the Spider-Verse, existing as a bartender in The Bar With No Name within Miles Morales universe of Earth-1610B. Her scenes were cut from the film but she did show up in the movies art book giving us all this information, no doubt a character who we'll meet in Beyond the Spider-Verse. These games are set on Earth-1048 for context so this is a fun Multiverse Easter Egg that gave us a look into an alternate universe.
2:22:24 Miguel is the Spider-Man of Earth-928 set in a timeline where Humanity and Mutants had a massive conflict during the Age of Hero's (Present Day) leading to massive loses on both sides, a possible future of Earth-616, Prime Earth, Mainline Marvel Universe. The comics then pick up in the year 2099 where we have Miguel O'Hara a brilliant geneticist who later becomes Spider-Man 2099, the really cool blue and red Spider-Man outfit you can unlock in this game is Miguel's outfit.
Edit: The Ultimate Universe where Miles was introduced back in 2011 was known as Earth-1610 so to not overlap with the comics and to get away with any changes in the Spider-Verse films they made that Miles Morales universe, Earth-1610B a nod to the comics but adding the B separates it from the comics.

I didn't know you could do the Howard quest with Miles. I did it with Peter, and it really felt impactful, just like he helped Howard in the first game 😢

I spent two-thirds of my childhood in care in a children's home. Whilst it was a generally good experience, it just isn't the same as a "normal" family dynamic and has its limitations. 28:23 I cried for the entirety of Howard's mission because I could just feel it coming and I *sobbed* at the end - and my first thought after I regained an ounce of composure was "I need to see Miranda's reaction" 😭😂Once I finished the game I binged this entire Spiderman 2 playthrough to get here and let me tell you I did not handle myself any better the 2nd time around 🥲 I didn't get into video games until very recently and was not at all prepared for the beauty and depth of these stories (or the amount of ugly crying I'd be doing)
Other things to do after you finish the game:
- Find Dima (they're in a zoo in Brooklyn). I think Dima is here before the game ends (but after Kraven's has left the game).
- Explore the cemetery in Harlem. Both Peter and Miles can interact with Aunt May's grave and Jefferson Davis' grave. You can also find Phin and Rick's graves from the Miles game.
- There is a bicycle in a lot in Astoria that both Peter and Miles can use to bike around the city (in costume).
- Find Stan Lee's statue. Same location as in the Miles game.
- Go to the Wakandan Embassy as Miles. He can give a silent gesture when interacting with it.
- Go to the City Hall in the Financial District. There is a monument there for those that died at the bombing in the first game. Don't know if both Pete and Miles can interact with it - so far I only got Pete to. Maybe it has to do with if they've already interacted with Jeff's grave in Harlem cemetery?

1:10:16 - That last EMF mission is only available after completing the story so you couldn't have done it until now.
In my first playthrough I did all the EMF missions when they first became available and a day later I noticed that one of the suits said "complete all the EMF missions to unlock this" and thought my game had glitched because I assumed I *had* completed all of them. Then I went to the missions tab and it said "8 of 9" and only listed 8 completed ones (or whatever the numbers were). I thought "maybe another EMF mission will unlock later" but couldn't figure out how or why. I was so sure my game had glitched and that I wouldn't be able to get the platinum on my first playthrough alone, so I was very happy when I finished the game, switched to Peter, and got the message from MJ about the package from Norman.

By the way, with the Spidey bots, I think the woman who took them from Pete knows Miguel O'Hara, or Spider Man 2099. It is a popular concept in several Spider-related timelines where Pete interacts with other Spider-Men from other universes.
That woman is from a deleted scene from Across the Spider-Verse. I assume when they put this mission into the game they knew about this scene and expected that it would be in the movie. Rumor is that Delilah will appear in Beyond the SV.

Miranda,this has been one of my all time favorites to watch! You ran the gamut of emotions from crying to happy and I was there with you in spirit watching. I celebrated with you when you platinumed the game and achieved everything. I have a theory on Spider Man 3. It'll be Miles,after graduating and we'll go more into the Spider lore. You should check out the issues on Chameleon. One of Spidey's trickiest villains because he can look and sound exactly like ANYONE. Plus,they're going to amp up the battle with Carnage,so you know what that means.right?
(Go ahead I'll wait....)......(still waiting....).....Figured it out? No? If they did a big Venom statue,They have to do a big Carnage statue,plus Doc Ock, because this is a Trilogy. And there are certain rules in a trilogy you must follow. See Scream 3 and the Randy cameo for reference. (Seriously,look it up. It will explain everything.) And if you haven't seen any Scream movies,you're missing out. If not I'll link it to ya. Looking forward to the Batman games! I do have the same letters in my name as Bruce Wayne (BW) and introspective as Batman but have the wit and humor of Spider Man. So,that makes me a Web Slinging flying Rodent. 2:22:24 At the end of the side quest with the spider bots, when the woman mentioned the name Miguel, she was referring to Miguel O'Hara AKA the Spider-Man of 2099 who is honestly my favourite Spider-Man in the comics after Peter. Miguel O'Hara was born in New York City (futuristically called Nueva York). He was a geneticist at the megacorporation known as Alchemax, and while working there he had been poisoned him with an addictive drug called Rapture. Once the drug binds to his system, he would need it for the rest of his life, and since only Alchemax legally sells the drug, Miguel is forced to continue employment at Alchemax or buy the drug through the black market. Not wishing to be a blackmailed addict, Miguel recalls that he entered his own genetic code into his machine's databanks during initial experiments, using it as a human DNA test sample. Intending to use this older template of his pure genetic code to write over his current biology and free himself from the Rapture, Miguel sneaks into Alchemax and uses the gene alteration machines on himself.
After Miguel turns on the machine to rewrite his DNA, his jealous subordinate Aaron Delgado sabotages the machines, causing them to alter Miguel's genetic code to be "50% spider DNA." Miguel survives the process, but realizes he now has spider-abilities. Realizing that there is now a person with abilities similar to Spider-Man, Tyler Stone sends agents to hunt this person. To conceal his identity while he fights his pursuers, Miguel dons a bodysuit with a mask that he once wore for the Mexican Day of the Dead festival. Originally focused on finding a cure for his condition, Miguel's further adventures as Spider-Man 2099 cause him to realize how ignorant of the world he was and how he had turned a blind eye to the oppression and pain the corporations of the world have caused. He is also surprised at the effect his presence has on the people who have been oppressed for so long, particularly his own mother, who ironically also hates the man her eldest son has become yet admires the exploits of Spider-Man 2099. After this, Miguel decides to embrace his identity as Spider-Man. Donning his costume, he publicly proclaims himself to be an enemy to all the megacorps, saying he will use his powers to fight for ordinary people against those in power who abuse their influence and authority.

As others have said, the Chameleon is a villain who is a master of disguise. He is the first villain Spidey fought (after the Burglar) and is a foreign spy who uses latex masks (like the Mission Impossible movies) to impersonate people. He later brought Kraven to America to hunt Spider-Man. Many years later it was retconned that they were half-brothers, and he got an upgrade where instead of using latex masks to impersonate people he was able to use holo-technology to instantly change his appearance to anyone he chose.
Also, all of the people that you got a file on from catching each talon drone - those were not real people. They were all various disguises of the Chameleon over the past decades (or they were originally real people and Chameleon killed them and took over their lives). That's why some of them had "died" years ago and Kraven's Hunters were still looking for them.

When you found the last Sandman crystal (the last one where you are attacked by Sandman minions) the game locks out everything else so you can only do the additional/last Sandman crystal. That's why you couldn't access the Spider-Bot final location - you *had* to complete the Sandman crystals content.
You should replay but do the trophy hunting! It’s so much fun I got platinum in all 3 and you can play story mode it’s fun 🤩 and you can play again

I have to wholeheartedly agree! I think that the goty will go to either Baldur’s Gate 3 or to Spiderman 2, but personally, my goty is Hogwarts legacy ❤!!! I platinumed it with two playthroughs, once as a Gryffindor and second time as a Hufflepuff 😊 And my favorite playthroughs of both Hogwarts Legacy and Spiderman 2 go to our Mirandalorian and TmarTn2 ❤

The Chameleon AKA Dmitri Smerdyakov, is the very first Spider-Man villain ever in the comics and is also the half-brother of Kraven the Hunter. He is a master of disguises who is known for his ability to impersonate virtually anybody.

Ehhh not really. Since I knew who Howard was, it hit the same for me regardless of what character I was playing at. It didn't even register with me that I was playing as miles versus peter.
@@TheMirandalorianBoth Pete and Miles have missions with Howard in the previous game, but Peter's mission is more emotional - he meets Howard, learns about his wife, and convinces Howard that the birds are his now. Miles just meets Howard and realizes that pigeons are kind of cool.
I sorta platinumed this by accident; by the time I finished the campaign and the side missions, I realized that I had about 3 trophies to get platinum (visit the graves, do all the air tricks in one swing session and glide between the two districts) so I decided to just do them. Before that the only game I platinumed (excluding a post launch trophy added that is glitched and, to my knowledge can't be won) was Watch Dogs 2
This is probably a little late but the green symbiotes are weak to webs. Hit them with the web shooters a couple times and they are done
