    This is beyond informative. I never realized they need a bypass valve, never heard of it in this context, but it makes so much sense.
    Does this mean that at low rpm the engine basically runs NA? With the supercharger not even spinning?
    Edit: nah, that doesn't make sense. The blades still turn at low rpm, they just don't push enough air for the engine to idle right, so the bypass valve opens and the electronic throttle has as much air as it needs for the right idle. Have I got it right?
