I tend to go for deeper colors personally and my style isn't that sweet (though I have yet to figure out what it is! I just only buy prints I like😂) but I Love seeing your reactions to these hyper sweet things because you love them so much. Even if I wish there were more deep purples in lolita 💜
I’ve got a question for anyone in the lolita fashion community. What is the common opinion on longer dresses? I understand most of the dresses are knee length but I ordered a custom dress and there was a miscommunication on the length so it’s a few inches past my knee. I still love the dress but am curious if it’s still considered a lolita dress.
Length varies a lot! even depending on your height. of course, longer lengths are more common in Classic and Gothic, and sometimes I find full ankle length a bit tricky, but a few inches past knee should be fine.
Very pretty dress, pink is my favourite colour, and i love it in a gingham. But I'm also interested in what is the name of the dress you were wearing and the one on your mannequin? They were also adorable prints. ❤
I also thought tulip bouquet was cotton-- and as it turns out, it has cotton listed as a material but it's the lace!! how weird, a poly dress with cotton lace.
