I never understand overly greedy players who think that if you’re not winning turn 1 or 2 then the hand is bad. RogSi and maybe Dihada are the only decks where I can see the benefits of being this greedy on mulligans.
@@_Dohoss you're not wrong and I will look into better analysis when resolving mulligans. I agree this is not a 100% turbo deck and have recently made a few changes to focus more on the midrange deck. Thanks for the comments!
To throw away 2 T2 Rhystic's is wild lol. I've mained Blue Farm for over a year now and T2 Rhystic has won me a baffling amount of games in online league/tournaments and in person.
Thanks for playing my deck even though the game went by very quickly and you didn't get to do much, but you were definitely winning if the rotation made it back to you!
Was a great experience getting to play with cEDHTV! and Yes, I know mull to 4 was a bit aggressive and I should've kept Drannith since that would''ve given me some time to accrue resources. Non the less, I love the game and the interactions all around! Thanks @cedhtv and all viewers for your comments!
Hahaha freedomwaffle's tymna draw was awesome. ggwp all! And watching Pontus.. he taught me to never spite play! Unless it's your friend(in this case mons) then you should attack them all the time! haha. But that's more like a love play than spite.
It is actually a combination of playtesting on moxfield and using OBS as a webcam to send that feed to spelltable. I have a video tutorial explaining how to creat that set up for free in this youtube video link. ruclips.net/video/3xYR639ZwDo/видео.html
I'm curious why did the 3rd player consult for a interaction for soul partition? I mean pontus have 5 mana after he soul partition so if he happens to have tibalt's trickery he can use it. Why not wait for the "sac" source to come out and consult for fierce instead? I mean letting opponent draw card isn't such a good idea. Just my POV. But I'm interested to know the 3rd players POV
We belive pontus is going for the win. Him using a removal on drannight means he will try and win next turn. and he is removing a card draw for tymna here. So we felt that we had to stop it. Pontus was going to go for this win on his turn if drannight was gone and turn would be passed.

the only misplay i thought occurred was pontus could have played esper sentinel turn 1 because he had the mox opal in hand and he could have played it and had metalcraft and gotten the sentinel and possibly gotten 2 more cards but he's turn 2 play wouldn't have been as explosive. freedom waffle demostrated why he's a top player by politics and diverting attention to pontius in having the potential win even though pontius needed a way to get around the lock piece in drannith. i am surprised that freedom waffle as of late has been going more blue farm over his traditional dargo thrasios deck. i think blue farm is an easier deck to pilot, but dargo thrasios in my opinion is a better deck because it has more explosive draws with drago + greater good/life's legacy etc. unfortunately dargo thrasios does get punished more from bowmasters and sheoldred freedom waffle's blue farm also seems closer to the older rogsi decks since it is going more ad naus than trying to sit out stalemates on the one ring. maybe he's trying to avoid the thada adel meta now where that's fetching the one ring a ton.
That second blue farm player way over mulliganed. That 6 was damn good and he convinced himself to toss it
I might agree to that.

Love the recap of the game and analysis from the players afterwards. More of that post game talk. thanks

That blue farm mulligan was a little aggressive 😂
hehe oops
@@freedomwaffle_do you necropotence?

These mulligans were crazy today imo
FreedomWaffle on Blue Farm now and doing very well! Congrats on the win.

Pontus is the 🐐
never spite play, unless it's funny
Always excited to see another video from you guys!
so cool game!
Freedom doing what freedom does.......
I’m confused as to why Pontus didn’t cast mox Opal into esper sentinel turn 1
Was it to have more things to storm off with when he had birgi?
He wanted to play mox opal with Birgy to produce extra mana to play dargo
Mox opal wasn't online
What do you guys use to play with the virtual card overlay?

BEAR YAY!!! 🎉🎉🎉
That consultation got played like a tainted 😐
yes!
I had to do a double take, but Bear does call the Swat before he starts flipping - if that's what you're referring to?
@@fnx.M Yeah I went back and listed to it again and it's so fast with just "swat". You're correct.
I do not get the consultation play. He should name the card first. Did I missed something?

why didn't pontus play the turn 1 Esper sentinel?
because i was distracted about an alternative line turn 2

What was wrong with the blue farm 6? There is Intuition in that hand or am I blind?
the 5 after that was great too, turn 2 rhystic is definitely good enough on 5 cards
I will actually agree I think he should have keept it.
Playing with hand revealed? Am i missing something?
No you got it!

Bear could had a turn 1 dranith.
Indeed, I realize that. I guess my mind wandered to a different path and failed to look back at my options!
@@BearClaymore Yea, if I realized every optimal play, I would be in the pro tour ;). Next time you will see it.
Homie really mulled that hand? “My cards get countered” is the worst way to approach a game and is just another reason why people lose games.
The anxious new paper player was REALLY annoying. It's mind-blowing that he produces content... Otherwise, fun as always!
