I met him a few days ago when I stage doored after the show. Took a picture with him and got his John Hancock!!! Super tall (or I’m just super short haha) but awesome guy and awesome performer.

Sooooo... I don’t know how to say this and not be disliked, but it’s true. I was so excited to see Ben play Phantom. I’ve been a lifelong phanatic and I’ve seen dozens of amazing phantoms, and everything I saw prior to his performance led me to think I was in for a real treat. He was...otherworldly! Absolutely phantastic. Sublime. Of course like most all of the Eriks I’ve seen, I stayed hoping to meet him after the show. Ali E and Jay Armstrong hung out with the crowd for 15 mins or so, and eventually, Ben came out like a half hour later than them. He had a marker in hand ready to sign. I made a couple comments to him and he just ignored me giving me one word answers. He did take a quick pic w/ me, but a I’ve never seen a man so eager to leave. His autograph-he just initialed my program BC. Lol. Thought he was an absolute jerk, but I guess I understand. These vids make me believe he’s a good dude. Thanks for posting 👍

So, Ben. Or should I call you The Phantom? Anyway, your hatred of Beer is spot on with The Phantom's story! The Phantom was horribly abused by his Father, who was a very heavy drunkard. The Gypsies, who also horribly abused The Phantom, probably were drunkards, too. With all that having been said, you know that Joseph Bouquet, one of the Characters that you wind up killing in the Show, is a heavy drunkard, too. How do you put up with him Show after Show? I hope the Actor who plays Joseph Bouquet is not a drunkard, as well.
