    When you do 10 of these in a row your heart rate will go up. After 10 reps you switch sides, that is your recovery time. When you do 5 to 6 various versions of this drill, you will welcome the rest by being the tosser.

    what do you do to keep the girls on the other side in motion bc right now thats where I see the flaw in this off 3 get an excellent warm up but the other side is cooling down/not warming up:) thx in advance

      @@torbjrnjohnsen9437 You can introduce some simpler variations so that the other side does the same exercise while the first ones go to the back of the court and come back. Imagination!
