PC cases traditionally have solid front panels. Although the difficulty with solid panels is getting the right amount of airflow through them. This is where airflow front panels for PC cases come in. So today, I'm going to show you how I made my front panel into a DIY airflow one and how you would be able to do the same thing.
So sit back, Relax and Have a GREAT day!

Ah so all you need to create a DIY front panel is a £20k Lazer cutter 👌🤣
Ahahaha makes it a bit easier xD
I DID THIS on my Raidmax Magnus Z3, if you search an image on this case you can see that the front panel is a plastic w/ anodized aluminum which is a solid panel front with side vents so i remove the aluminum and cut the plastic cover and use epoxy on an aluminum mesh that i attached to it now instead of having a negative airflow i have slight positive airflow which is better now dust build up will only came from the front pannel mesh and no longer pull air on tiny vents or gaps which leave dust on those gaps.
Haha noice! Its a super fun build ahaha. -YS
Amazing skills. Very nice looking. Good
Yooo thanks bro ;) -YS
Can you do a pbtech and review on a rtx 2060 i5 10400f and 16gb ram 500gb ssd and in a mini tower case and doesn’t have a operating system prebuilt pc it’s called pb20110 rtx2060
I have a very similar front panel to the one you're modding
Haha thats the one xD
Why do you use hexagons, but don't used the most efficient "side on side"/honeycomb grid pattern/placement of these holes?!
3d printing it should also work, I doubt that the front plate gets above 40°c even of the graphics card is 70°
Could try that out next time :D, IMO 3d printing would be cool, but I don't have or have access to a bed size large enough for a whole single panel. Have an awesome day! -YS
I found this one which could be cool :D www.thingiverse.com/thing:4889085 Just two pieces as well ;)
Don't forget the dust filter!
Yea xDDD
I just drilled holes in mine.....
Lmaooo xDD, did it work doe? :D
I'm thinking of doing something that use both drilling and 3D printing. 3D print a jig with perfectly spaced holes and drill through the case material with the jig in place, so your holes are aligned better.
@@ccricers Thats could work well haha, but at the same time you could also just 3d print out an airflow front panel xD, but might be a bit pricy depending on the infill ahaha :). Sounds like fun doe, give us an update when you finish it :D
Nah geeeee I'm gonna keep abusing my PC. brb gonna go buy a plastic crate from King Kong and cut out the bottom for the mesh
Bahaha xD
this stupid design render front fans useless air is moving backwards in my case with solid front panel on
