    Father was holding 2 flats, after his demise the said flats were transfered into my mothers'name, now she gas also past away, No society was formed till last year, now it has been regustered on 12/8/2024, first meeting is kept by promoters committee on 20/10/24.
    How can I as legal heir attain the said meeting. We are 7 legal heirs

    If a register society is not in working condition today , there is no chairman & committee members, no Audit etc, no Manager posted by sub register and if legal heirs wants to sell a flat in such society , what is the procedure ?

    my grandfather had a flat after his death my uncle and my father had a dispute and my uncle was claiming whole property but grandfather had mentioned in will that sons both will get equal shares but before doing that my father too died and no the uncle is clamming whole property. What can be done ?

    Is it necessary to obtain probate of will in Pune city for flat transfer after demise of owner when there are only 2 legal heirs (wife amd daughter)and both are beneficiaries according to the will (with no dispute)? I heard that probate of will is compulsory in only slelect cities/states like Mumbai, etc.? Kindly reply. Thank you! Otherwise very informative video!

    If anyone purchased an old flat and if the old owner refused to sign on the share certificate transfer form, then how can the name on the shares certificate be transferred?

    Dear Sir : My father has expired in april and last year society got registered. Now that society is giving share cert. And nomination forms. Now under whose name Share Cert. should be taken from society ??since my parents are joint owners of the flat.

    What are documents required to get Index2 document...my flat is transferred in my name by society after providing necessary documents demanded by the society in 2011 at that time society was not having property document like 7/12 extract.     Sir ,
    My soceity is not mutation in soceity records. Since my father whose name is flat expiredlong back that more than two years I've submitted necessary for included my na e and my younger brother name. What is actual procedure for the same and request to kindly furnish ruling circulars guidance in this regard and what acts taken against housing soceity. Thanks lot.
