What is the minimum area that i am entitled for. I am being told that i will get 110Sq ft + Fungible only (35%). Is that correct. Am i entitled for minimum carpet area of 405sq ft. Thanks
Sir wht if builder has consumed or overused the fsi limits.can redevelopment happen in such cases.as there were no strict rules in old days(30 years back),many builder have overused fsi limits.in some cases almost double.in some cities almost 3 times.because the areas were in grampanchayat limits at that time and latter included in corporation limits.
33 7 a needs to be properly explained for the entitlement of tenant . For eg if the carpet area is 500 sq .ft and balcony area is 50 sq.ft . How is the built up area of 20% calculated as mentioned in the video . On what area is 35 % fungible FSI calculated and on what area is 5 % rehabilitation incentive calculated . What is the final entitlement of the tenant in terms of total carpet area as per dcpr 2034 . Request detailed working to have total clarity on correct entitlement as per dcpr 2034. On 12th July 2021 the rehabilitation incentive was increased from 5% to 8% for the tenant . Is it applicable to buildings both in suburbs and Island City . Please clarify .
When permissible constn is say 10,000 sq ft as per available FSI ,it refers only to constn on ground floor or on each floor of the proposed bldg.Has there any connection between permissible FSI and the no of floors that can b constructed
