In joint ownership where 1st member expires without nomination then can joint owner be deemed to be provisional member,since both joint owners name appears in conveyance deed of society & the surviving owner is residing in the same flat is it possible for surviving joint owner to be provisional member.Since this is necessary for taking care of day to day works of property.
