I then return to them when I pull them, after I try them out and usually, after I've gotten them down to fully wrap my head around exactly whats going on. Great video, I took The Destroyer to R3 and am loving him. I tested both the 6* juggernaut relic and the ghost rider relic and the juggernaut relic is overall better for him. The fury potency increases all of his damage including the degen and the regen is very helpful. The ghost rider relic needs to be used before your launch your sp3 in order to get that increased degen potency.
@mattgrassi5293 thanks, I pulled him from the titan after 8.4 and got the mystic 2-3 gem. And seeing as I don't have Chavez or Juggs the choice was quite easy
Since The Destroyer is mythical Asgardian magical golem, which doesn't have a conscience, fear, prejudice, or self-wareness.. Wouldn't it make sense that reverse-control should not affect it at all.. a non-metal poison, bleed immune golem. should have some % immunity from shock (maybe 40% less shock damage).. at least that is my take.. since its kabam, they can do pretty much how they interpret each champion.
Psychic shield and reverse controls immunity are not the same thing. Let's not spread that myth further. And I've said before, lore does not dictate immunities. Lore doesn't dictate abilities in general, but especially with immunities, we cannot afford to go down the rabbit hole of "but this didn't affect them in the comics" and still hope to design a good game. We add what we can, but at the risk of sounding testy, I'd really love to not debate the immunities we choose or don't choose every couple months.

I believe i saw in anime that golem have some limited immunity to fire but is weak vs. shock (or vice versa) Last Titan opening, I almost got Destroyer (sadly, it stopped short on Morbius) Morbius first time dupe not sure how he loss so much of the initial hoopla and now no one is mentioning Morbius (like he is a bad champion) awaken ability let's him put rupture on bleed immune champions.

Always hard to tell early on, but most of what it can do doesn't go out of style. Direct damage, passives, protection, immunities. Hard for me to imagine it won't matter.
This is 100% better than Mikes Spotlights, he only showcases the absolute best case scenario of these new champions (7* R2 at sig 200, literally an impossible scenario for 99.9% of players).
Mike does his job well. Get people excited in a very tight format. If his job was to go more in-depth, he would. But I'm glad you're enjoying these. It's always nice to hear they're worth it.

Just want to let you know that: Either your assumptions on Annihilus, Venompool and Gladiator are incorrect or Destroyer is Bugged. Destroyer does not turn into rubble any of the buffs that trigger when those champions hit his block. (tested) You are welcome to test it yourself.

Few things on that note: -Destroyer is immune to intimidate, which is what Gladiator needs to produce buffs into block, so it makes sense that one doesn't work. -I'm not sure exactly how you tested Venompool, because I did just test that and he did correctly destroy my newest buff created hitting into his block. You may have lost track of the timer and gained charges while not actually hitting into block. -Annihilus indeed does not work. Knowing him, that's likely a bug with him. I'll follow up next week on that interaction and look for others. -Heimdall and Valkyrie, two others that came up on stream, also correctly had buffs destroyed. Not sure if you didn't test them or just didn't mention them. Which feeds into the larger point. I didn't lose patience with you because you were saying something in particular did or did not work. I lost patience with you because you were hanging onto technicalities instead of admitting your mistake. You made a broad negative assertion about the game and refused to walk it back despite proof that it wasn't valid. You asked who creates buffs while hitting into block other than Hulkling, were given a long list of characters that clearly do that, and then instead of going "you know what, fair, that ability is broader than I realized, my bad," spent time looking for any cases people brought up that didn't work, as though that somehow changed the fact that your original question had been answered. I do my best to be patient, but I don't think I need to spend any time entertaining that style of "discussion."

I did it because what I'm interested in using The Destroyer for is Attack, I liked him since his release and was hoping to take advantage of that ability too in matches other than Hulkling or Valkyrie (who I'm not interested in standing blocking while she changes her combo number to gain pierce). So as attacker idk why but he does not turn into rubble any buff gained by Venompool while he hits his block. And btw, I didn't know you designed his kit until now. So my bad, and sorry for the criticism. As an Architect I know the feeling.

Is there a specific list of buffs that Hinder effects? It sounds like a modernized ineptitude in the same vein as Intensify vs Aptitude
