For his age and life/work experience, this guy is insanely talented. A jack of all trades. I've built bikes for over 35 years, mostly Meriden Triumphs, old Brits and old Harleys and Guzzis etc, anything air cooled and OHV basically. I'm a fitter/turner, so pretty good on the spanners and in the machine shop. But sheet metal? Tubular fab work? Electrics? Nah. Crap. Pay the experts in their field. This guy does it all. I will say i had to smile when he's dead chuffed it fires up first time. Only made a set of pipes for it and disconnected a fuel pump.... try building a stroker motor with a bigger crank, big bore, cams, new timing, carbs, and magneto ignition with KICKSTART only, then you can smile when it starts first kick. Kudos on the build. The Hinkley twins are an outstanding base to start from. Subscribed.
Michael Hayward I know the feeling of building a fresh engine and a first start, this was a relief due to the amount of wiring I had to modify to get it looking this neat!
I work in Daytona with Bonneville Performance. I help build the street trackers in several configurations utilizing the 790/865 air cooled twins. With the 904, 995 and 1200 builds we see 80-105 at the wheel. The WC 1200 is capable of 120 at the wheel. It requires head work, cams, fueling.
I've watched a few of your make-over videos now, and the most satisfying part is seeing the joy you get from the work. You've got to be one of the happiest people on Earth.
Awesome build. Being from the USA and owner of several Harleys, decided to give Triumph a go,bought a T120 in 2018. Rode that bike until now. It would have been awesome to transform that bike into something like your work of craftsmanship and art. The T120 goes away this week, traded for a 23 Scrambler 1200xc. With everything being Harley here, its just nice to be different. Good luck and can't wait to see what's next. Truly inspiring. Cheers.
money can absolutely buy happiness because when i was broke i was miserable and hated life but when i started make money man my life changed radically. I hated every minute of my life when I was poor and anyone who claims otherwise is lying.
Thornton Hundred... Big things coming from this company. Wish I had the funds to get in now with a bike before these guys absolutely take off! Doing some awesome stuff and will soon be another British treasure and a true British Business leading the way for innovation. Looking forward to following the journey and one day becoming part of the great success.
Just discovered you guys with this video and I was so happy when it revealed itself that you guys we're the ones who owned the channel and it took me along for the process of this epic creation. Been following progress on Instagram. This build has blow me away! The video work and photography totally do your work justice. I’ve seen loads of custom bikes a set ups filming progress. The amount of skill you have is unbelievable and you do most of it yourself. I work in a Triumph dealership and it’s great to see your ideas on such a good base bike. Very good! (I never comment, normally just watch)
Freaking Brilliant! The only thing I don’t like about these guys are that they are not available in the States … yet! Effing Masterpieces - every machine they touch. Bravo!
? On the exhaust pipe interior, smooth or cobbled ? Custom Triumphs, very eye pleasing to me ! Cammed up , with great pipes ! The parallel twins great look. Bobber look not my fav, I need a short mud guard…..IN THE OLD DAYS, Harleys could not get away. Good build, clean look, beautiful. Thx
My dad in the early 60's went to school in England and brought home a new T120TT the exhaust pipes were also tucked under till past the footrests but no mufflers, beautiful this bike you built, thanks
everybody says this in their videos. but this really is one of the few videos that i really did like, subscribe, and commented as you said at the end. Love your work bro
Extremely beautiful build! To my eyes it seems to have a lot of the Scrambler look but with the T120 lines. Perfect combo imo. Wonder what a classic conversion for the scrambler would look like!
Art! Simply beautiful Art! I just couldn't get enough staring at it. The mods are so tasteful and the theme so well defined throughout the bike. Congrats of one of the best examples of "Doing it Right" I've seen in ages. Cheers ...
The SpeedTwin is a thing of beauty. Can it really be improved? I’ve personally done a couple of cosmetic bits to mine but I’d be interested to see if they could improve what is already the best looking modern retro Triumph available.
This was exactly what I was thinking. Why spend the extra on the Ace Edition when you're removing everything that made it the Ace Edition and what you paid extra for?
All of yallz videos are effing epic. The way you guys customized the bikes that rolled into yallz shop are always beautiful. The editing to these videos are always top notch as well. Why do yall have to live so far from me? I plan of purchasing my first motorcycle next month, which also happens to be a Triumph Bonneville T120, and by GOD I want nothing more than your shop to customize it for me. Great video btw. I don't follow many channels on RUclips, but yours is a must. Maybe one day your shop can build me my dream bike. Your channel is one of the main reasons why i finally decided to pull the trigger on buying a motorcycle, at the age of 35.. Keep up the phenomenal craftsmanship! 👏🏽
How do you like the ace I was about to get it but went with the Baja orange instead just because I was one the fence between a flashy chrome bike or a darker matte bike.
