    ...Amen...l just found your channel today. It's truly a miracle that l am not dead. I used to be a RN. And about 12 yrs ago l got in a car accident. Could not work...and became almost bed bound. Gained 100 pounds. And l just found out l have 3 huge nodules in my thyroid gland. Fatty liver. Sleep Apnea, which caused Pulmonary Hypertension. Fibromyalgia. My spine and weight is causing agony. l've been praying to God for help...and He led me here. God Bless you Sister. And sleep...l get up every 2 or 3 hours to pee...Soo lm chronically exhausted. I will watch all your videos and start implementing them. No wonder my brain is foggy....Again Thank you and God Bless you for sharing all this amazing advice....📜✝️💘🙏

      Exercise is best when you choose to do it.
      I do best first in the morning with one or two long bike rides per week.
      That works for me. When I delay in the day I have to squeeze in a quick 2 mile walk in the evening.

      Thanks so much for replying 😊. I live in Victoria, Australia and we are in the middle of winter, so very cold and wet😏. When the weather isn't this cold I liked walking when I first get up in the morning, a great time to pray and ask for God's guidance for the day. I have eight children so I find if I can get out before the little ones wake works best. But I haven't been walking due to the weather just wondering do you know of any good exercises you could do indoors. Something we I could do with the children as well. Thanks again for you channel.

      I think what us best is finding the most fun video for dancing and have your kids join you.
      I would also hold plank contests with you and your kids.
      My family does a plank contests every year at Christmas.
      I would not make exercise daunting I would make it fun .
      Dance, stationary bike, anything that you and your kids enjoy.

    Mostly good, but the lack of forgiveness is not so cut and dried for people who have very long history of abuse, especially in childhood - "just forgive" because God is greater and "I don't need to know what they did" because God is greater lacks meaning and is dismissive of the very real and God-given emotion of anger.

      I found that I had nightmares, anxiety, trouble with relationships until I gave my worries to God and forgave my childhood abuser. Now I no longer have those horrible moments of anxiety.
