    I'm a new subscriber to your channel and love everything I've watched so far. That cake looks and sounds really delicious! I probably would have gilded the lily a bit by adding chopped Walnuts on top of that Caramel Sauce, yum!

    I usually add 1/3 cup self-rising flour to a cake mix to make up for the shrinkflation. It would take even more for these new 13.25 oz. mixes from Betty Crocker! Next time you could put 2/3 - 3/4 of the batter on the bottom or maybe swirl it with a knife right before baking. I love these kinds of coffee cakes. I have one that has a chocolate swirl (cocoa, sugar & nuts).
