Since i've bought a Series S on Boxing Day 2022, I had issues with how clips/video captures have quality problems. it's what I call "The TV Static Appeal Bug". TVSRB is when in a clip an object or player is moving, the "Static" is the video trying to *theoretically* keep up with the high frame rate.
I'm a Machinima RUclipsr, and using Xbox's Capture/Recording features is my only way to get footage for projects. Because my parents do not know that I'm making videos as a hobby and that said hobby is expensive when it comes to equipment for recording and editing, mostly relying on what's free like Clipchamp to edit my videos on a "cheapest option" Chromebook laptop.
I made a video here about this topic showing comparisons of my clips on two different Xbox generations; the Xbox ONE S (on 30 FPS) and the Series S (on 60 FPS).
this is my second time reporting on this problem, the first being through Twitter/X Direct Message Support. and I wasn't sure if it was an automated text or a real person because it would send the same answer to my series of questions twice. I would report this to Xbox's actual Support website but the UI makes it hard to navigate where I can hand-write my report instead of reading FAQs, just can't find the button where it will redirect me that's all.
Hopefully, this 11-month struggle to get Xbox Captures looking the way they should be can come to an end soon (ideally by mid-January because I'm doing a big project around that time).
    Thank you 🙏
