I took my first home ec class in 1970. And your explanation of how to simply tailor clothing is better and easier, than anything I ever learned in school. Great videos and you have talent and enthusiasm!

Thank you, that means a lot and I'm glad I could help! I definitely was overwhelmed when I first began sewing, and I would like to help lower the learning curve.

You're welcome! Let me know how it works for you, and make sure you start by practicing on clothes that don't mean as much to you :)

Thank you ! The shoulders of most of my shirts are too wide and I have been learning how to improve the fit. Your method is SO MUCH EASIER and clearer than any of the things I have tried so far. Thanks again.

Very simple and clear instructions. I appreciate this so much! Thank you!
PS: I love how you don't say the word "like" 5 times in a sentence.

Thank you! HAHAA that's funny because I definitely say like too often, but I'm trying to say it less (or I edit it out.)

I use this method, its great
But just an FYI, im guessing the jeans you took in 4'' didn't fit because u didn't account for your seem allowance. Need 1/4 in or so on each side for your seems. So if u took them in 4in , pinned and sewed, you actually end up taking them in about 4.5 - 5 in
