Hi...i wanted to ask....when i choose the temperature after a while the hob turns itself off! I have to do it all over again until cooking is done....apparently i am doing something wrong....do you experience the same ting by any chance??? Thanks
@@juditcsikos732 you two are life savers for asking and replying to this. Just moved into a new flat and was wondering if it was short circuiting and turning itself off when it hit heat. Albeit my ll will probably have to replace mine anyway as its cracked! Ah well

yes, if you want to keep it shiny and new, you have to clean it right after every use. If not it will show all the spatters, drips and burns, for a long time. But I love it. It heats up quickly, the timing feature and child lock is great and there are cleaners that work really well. We bought the glass top cleaner. It takes a bit of elbow grease but works really well to remove burned on food left for days. Vinegar works, baking soda works. But to avoid scratching it, be careful and check out the cleaning videos on youtube. Enjoy!

Some gif and wire wool should clean the staining. Wire wool doesnt really scratch the glass as long as you are not too aggressive.

What I don’t get is that every time I turn the temp gauge on it gets up to that point and then just shuts itself off

It doesn't "turn off", it just reached the set tempature. It will turn back on if it is cooling down.

We got it installed yesterday. I already regret it. It's high maintenance 😥

This hob is a f nightmare and a pain in the arse , I’m in an air b and b and I might as well have slept in the car .
This hob is absolute shit. Works when it feels like it. I’ll never buy Whirlpool again
